Nope. Nowadays most of the graphically intensive and AAA games "standard" is 8gb ram minimum and 8/16gb recommended, but there are some exceptions of course. I don't think i've seen a game having 32gb ram as recommended yet, except this one.
also I noticed that Windows XP is listed in requirements which makes no sense as XP is not capable of using more that 4gb RAM
Keep in mind "beautifullness" has nothing to do with Ram, it's a matter of Asset and how your engine handle it. Basically you can take a blurry picture with a bad focus and a shit tier lens , but took at such a high resolution that your picture's size is 1Gb , and due to your lack of compression it isn't even less heavy, so you would have a hundreds of Gigs just for... pictures.
That's a really simplistic way of putting it but the idea is the same.
