Ok, after I've tried a lot of things, first you must install the game, apply the FLT crack and run the game from the folder: King of Fighters XV\KOFXV\Binaries\Win64 In my case, it was still not working. Then I found that you have to uninstall GeForce Now and then it works for me, hope it solves someone elses problem too!
It is a geforce now issue and a known one :) its bugging out games for now all i could do is uninstall it and bam game works fine :) but until its fixed im not reinstalling geforce now :) so it solved my issue too Edward Thank you

Step 2: right click on the KOF15 desktop icon and go to "open file location" Step 3: back on your igg-games Kof15 download folder transfer the "Engin" folder and the Kof15_steam.exe file from out the FLT folder over to the "open file location" Kof15 folder. Replace the files ( also transfer autorun and FLT.bin to the file location also ). Step 4: your welcome

Because you still not crack it before start game. After install, you must open .iso file, you will see "RUNE" folder, copy all files in that folder and paste to your game's dir, enjoy ;)
When I try to open the game using the shipping.exe or the steam.exe, I get the message DX12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument. Any ideas on how to fix this?
agree, this version sucks but 14 was much worse 98 and 2002 have the best gameplay's 13 have better hd sprites, shame that snk don't want to go back to that style
Has anyone gotten this to work? I can't get past unzipping the 2nd file (downloaded from Google and MegaUp) to get to the setup stage...keep getting checksum error.
