Unturned looks better, has more content, and its free (aside from cosmetic stuff you can buy). Don't get me wrong, I haven't downloaded this but from the screenshots it kinda look like a clone-like.

guess people just buy mechanics from unity and call it a day without any personal tweaking to improve the generic look
