This is the newest version, and Steam version(not Epic ones). Fitgirls version is outdated, many new update/patch comed out since fitgirl maked the repack.

the bottom file is the iso mount it with an iso mounting tool and run the installer

You need right click the sr-wereworlf...iso file and mount it. Install and crack it.

you need to mount the bottom file from the picture ( the one ending in .iso) using the inbuilt mounting programs in windows or one of your choosing then when you open that mounted drive it will have a setup.exe to run

This game has great potential. You can play stealth, you can also suddenly turn brutal. The gameplay is very easy. The graphics are pretty good, although some of the details look odd.
