"Every time the final boss runs out of health, it will heal to nearly full, and over and over again, so even if you get to level 9999, it won't be possible to kill it the normal way.
The key is, you should equip skills that prevent it from using skills, and skills that cause effects, then the boss will stand still for you to kill easily.
Ideal formation, you can put 4 Royalguards in front, and 8 Alchemists in back.
8 Alchemists have Auto Ether passive skill which can help you to restore Ether constantly, and you can use skill continuously. And Alchemist has attack range = 3, better than other units with Auto Ether skill.
The skill set for Royalguards should be:
Ether higher than 1500: Battle Machine Make (to summon more troops) Closest enemy: Precision Shot Arm (must have - key to prevent boss to heal itself) Closest enemy: Precision Shot Leg (cause effect) Closest enemy: Apply Poison (cause effect) Closest enemy: Darkness (cause effect)
The skill set for the Alchemists should be:
Ether higher than 1500: Kirin Summon (cause effect) Ether higher than 1500: Meteor (high damage to all enemies) Friendly with status ailment: Cure Magic Friendly with HP lower than 50%: Fairy Summon (must have - heal all allies) Self: Ether Gathering
Note: Don't use the skill with the freeze effect, because when the boss is frozen, you won't be able to attack it, and when the effect is over, the boss may heal first, so everything will be useless."
In any case, it is in beta (and I don't know if it is complete). The tips suggest that it will include micropayments but and right not, it doesn't have any one them.

You will need at least level 8000 to beat the game and it means a lot of grinding, I think about a half a year if not more, or simply pay.
update: It is not possible to win, the last enemy (no spoiler) it is impossible to defeat it even with everything to lvl 9999. I think because it is a beta.
