Nice TD. But the RNG system is strong... if you are lucky in map advancement and when the right cards show up (Shredders FTW!), you can go far. The research tree looks huge. :-) Thx for nice game while I wait for next versions of Grim Nights 2 and Vampire Survivors.
The video I watched the guy didn't draw a different tower the first three times he played, to the extent that he thought he was missing something. That's kind of lame, especially considering the price of individual towers goes up as you build more of the same type, but you have no other option so when you finally unlock that second tower type you can't afford them. Whatever, not my genre, though I'll be checking out Grim Nights 2 now.
That is true, i don't think it's that much of an issue as you can always restart without any repercussions. But yes, when you draw the wrong cards you may be screwed. And as i said above, without an option to skip time it get's a bit tedious at the start.
I like it, not something that one will put much effort into but a nice game to kill some time.
This is because that version uses SIMPLeX packager. I personally avoid simplex as it is quite suspicious. The newer version doesn't use any packager, so I would just download the v1.0.12.
The challenge mode in v11014 is nice, finaly something new. But the my PC freezes when I quit the game. Nothing helps. I will just enjoy v1015 until new patch appears.
Where is the save located? I'm pretty sure that "player.log" is not a save file. And I can't find anything on my computer searching with the gameid. Wanted to bakc up the cards, after hours of gaming.
Here are my results of the Ballistas-only challenge. On my 4th try I was finally lucky enough with good upgrades to be able to finish the first map. All paths should be of different length and most towers should be covering the final path to your tower.
One of the most complicated tower defense games I've ever seen. The LPer is clearly overwhelmed by the options and fails hard which is kinda funny. Looks like a good title but 15$ on Steam seems like about 5$ too much considering the market saturation and the number of good, free TD games.
Didn't play that much yet but it sure has potential. The start is a bit frustrating but of course that is to be expected.
Would be nice if it would have an option to speed up gameplay. When you play with one lane there is a bit too much "downtime" at the beginning.
Nice fresh take on the TD genre.

Edit: Another thing that bothers me a bit is that you can't make the game window smaller, pls correct me if im wrong here. I like to play games like this while i watch a movie or smth. Looked trough the files but couldn't find something to modify to get another resolution etc.

This is happened to me more than 5 times, so can you see what's going on?
- Use only the first leftmost upgrade each levelup.
- Use only Balistas and economy towers (banks, siphons, mausoleums).
