If you are having trouble running the NoDVD patch because of an unkown error: Rename the file from [NoDVD Patch][110729] いきなりあなたに恋している to [NoDVD Patch][110729]cs2 then run again. Had to do a lot of digging to find this solution and fixed it for me, I'll leave it here for the future generations.
There should be a new virtual drive detected in your pc after you mounted and ISO file
Just double click it. And it should open this file after that click here.
It should open Install.exe file after that click next and proceed clicking next and next until you install it.
After you installed it. Game is in the dekstop
Right click it and open file location.
Go back to your Exctracted game files. There should be English Patch and NO DVD Patch
Exctract "ikikoi english patch version 0.8" game files into game directory. If it's says to replace some files replace it. and exctract "ikkoi custom" file into game directory
Then move DVD patch to game directory
Now all that's left is to run. "Ikkoi Custom" File and install it. Then "NO DVD PATCH" file and install it.
Finally run "cs2" file and it should open the game.
