mine crashed everytime start Chapter 3 military campaign. any solution?

The game was rushed for release and became an absolute shit game that never recieved any fixes, there are no solution for that i'm afraid

2018 Working fine here win10. Already cracked, just run the first 'stronghold' exe file you find inside the unziped folder and make sure anti-virus doesn't block the two 'steam api dlls' on 'bin>win32_release' folder

It takes me to steam, why? There's no crack that i need?
