Open the game configuration setting found in the folder (usually set as a text document).
Scroll until you find the path locations for CIFTREE, videos and sound.
Change them to the respective location you had extracted the game to. For the specific location, you can simply find the full paths from the properties of the respective folder.
THIS IS IMPORTANT (It won't work until you did). Go to 'My Documents' in your PC, find the "Danger by Design" file, inside should have another game configuration text document, repeat step 2 and 3. I had the same problem and I apparently made it work, hopefully yours too.
