Got what? The games to appear on the shelf? If so, please help me do it and I will personally go through and answer the questions of everyone having the same issue.
Don't know if you need to do something to add them or not but I had that problem.
My fix: I uninstalled it. Joke aside I hope someone can help you but I gave up on it
ADDED: a few post down I found this: ArhOZPirate You can just run "SEGAGenesisClassics.exe" in the folder you installed the game. Just not all the pretty stuff.

Besides missing every chance to get a key I actually have a question to this game.. for some reason no "rom" appears in the game library ingame any idea what to do?
This might be enough for others. But MOST of us care more about the visual appeal for nostalgia. Can we all just band together on this 'til the Admins give us a fix?
NEED HELP... Downloaded. Installed. Black screen w/ crickets chirping. I can play games by opening file location > right click SEGAGenesisClassics > Run as Admin... BUT... If I open file location > right click SEGAGameRoom > run as Admin The Game Room will open with NO GAMES on the shelf.
I NEED the games on the shelf, how do I put them there????
