The description of the game is not kidding about the ground invasion army having only one army and drop pod. It's mentioned outright, and the soldiery just whimper at this.
The soldier that has been sent (on a one-way trip) must send back stuff using teleporter devices (which do not work on the soldier of course). The stuff that can be sent back includes cute animals, for whatever reason.
Currently uploaded patch (12 Jan '23) of current version (1.1) freezes at black screen when starting a new game or viewing credits(both of which trigger in-game pre-rendered video playback). Running the game in Administrator mode skips the video playback freeze but causes the game's display to freeze on the first frame (gameplay sound is still audible).
