Follow my steps and you can launch the game successfully. In this pc game the benefit is you can play as single and double both offline with different key sets for both characters. Now follow the steps below:

1. Install MagicISO
2. Set number of drives > 2 drives
3. Mount the first drive and for 'files of type' option select 'all files(.)'. Now mount the .bin file in cd1 and install it. Make sure that you deselect the auto-launch of the game.
4. Mount the second drive and for 'files of type' option select 'all files(.)'. Now mount the .BWI file in cd2.
5. Now go to this link https://www.gamecopyworld.com/games/pc_the_incredibles_rotu.shtml
   and follow the play instructions of the fixed exe. You need to download this fixed exe rar file as well. Now let me help you with the instructions.
6. Open the mounted cd2 drive first and copy all the files in the data folder of the cd2 drive and paste them in your C:/ drive > thq > inc.rotu > drive folder.
7. Now extract the crack file from the fixed exe rar file and replace it with the original one in C:/ drive > thq > inc.rotu folder and launch the game from there or desktop shortcut.
8. Walah job's done. Enjoy!!

No dear, this blindwrite thing will work only if you are using some physical CD to write and install the game from there. Instead follow my steps

Well, the picture shows it as the PS2 game, the download title says it's for PC.
Best thing to do, search other sites.
