Sadly the update v163238 365571-DINOByTES is lacking full unlocking of the two campaign expansion. They are listed in game MOD menu but locked in campaign selection. But i repeat: the folder of exp are there, 20GB, without exp the game should be 30GB, but it is 50GB, they are not unlocked despite they are listed in menu MOD in main screen. From the comments here appear that in previosu versions was palyable in full, i suppose it's a cracker mistake for some late version, so i will try to reinstall 163175 without update. Hope someone find the solution fix or full working version will be upload.
No, even the 163175 have expansions campaign locked. Luckily IGG have and mantain the torrent site, with different side versions torrent! I have searched with "Bit Che" torrents most recent version that they are not Dinobytes one, and not v.163238 because i tried already that from other site. I found v161052-PLAZA torrents that is from IGG, i dunno what was the last good version. I suggest to try that, you will found it listed in torrent site page.
I can confirm that v161052-PLAZA can be the last version properly cracked, i even download a torrent v161554 GOG but same issue. I can also inform that all the four campaign are indeed present and working in the PLAZA vers, my mistake, don't see the page scrolling menu.
Yes, i can create a LAN match for any mode, although i don't have tested it. I have palyed hundreds hour at the two prequels by Phenomic dev, both in single and with pals in the coop maps campaign, this game, made by different dev company, is more narrative/visual novel, and have less coop content, in fact SForce one and two was created with a real 2-3 player coop mode, in this seem a secondary option added. The two prequels are very good at today both in interface and graphic and works perfectly on modern mierdasoft OS, you can find any fix for higher resolutions or litlle MOD improvements, not essential, but stay away from the bugged "steam edition" for Spellforce 2, and be advised about the shoddy two last stand alone expansion, all made by THQ, the best is Hero Edition(that have some unofficial maps and mods selected directly by the dev) if you are lucky to find it...otherwise search for Universe edition that have both titles and all the goods made by Phenomic.
Not your fault, same for me, i check the folder and i can see the two expansion are there (folder exp1 and exp2) with their 6G and 13G size. Also in the game MOD menu there's a list of content, is checked for the two add-on, they are present but not fully activate, the cracker made some mistake.

Im having a weird bug at the soul harvest DLC first mission after you woke up where the two mercenaries come in and wanted to talk to the ambassador, the dialog suddenly skipped and i cant move my heroes afterward. i can move my camera around, select my heroes, open menu, inventories etc. but thats about it.
i did a reinstall but the problem still persist. anyone having the same problem here?
okay nvm, i fixed it, apparently you cant have the mercenary thats initiating the dialog to be a woman, he has to be a male, or at least in my case, a human male.

If you want "more" consider then: Spellforce Platinum Edition(spellforce one plus 2 expansions), and SpellForce 2 Anniversary Edition(base game plus Dragon Storm expansion, excluding the second and third add-on, they are separated/stand alone and awful, made by different developers). The first one can be perfected with some mini-MOD and the second, in the anniversary edition, can be bugged a little and need 2 patch(Spellforce2_2_01_Patch + SpellForce 2 Hardware Patch 1.2). They both two are great title and can works on win 10 with modern resolution and 16:9.
