Bad game, do not waste your time, it shouldn't be in popular games cause it's below average, 5/10 maximum if you're really into political games. Good idea, but bad execution. Pace too slow, walls of text, bad story, very limited gameplay, basically you pick answers like in press conference or pick an agent and action to do something, the effects of your speech or agent action is based solely on designer choice and leaves a lot to be desired. Playing feels like a chore.
