I think the news is wrong china not prohibiting video game, there sure some games censored but most of it is not being prohibited, as for language it is maybe a small indie studio like in our country they only have English language

There are extreme limitations on game playtime in China. I couldn't play like that, it's basically banned in my eyes. Not to mention the censorship has ruined every good series.
