Its called blowout diaper for a reason. A few months ago i was at my friends house and was asked to grab some diapers for my friends baby while he changed him, looked like a shotgun blast came out of his diaper all the way up his back. I still have nightmare about it.
Yup, thats why I face the rear end of the kid away before doing DRE. But to me its a good sign if the baby does that; means there is no disease like megacolon.
