A majority of games that nekonyan translate are similar in the way u patch them, just go to their website store, and find the free 18+ patch. THey have instructions on the page, and it usually is just dragging an adult.xp3 file into the correct folder
Not a folder, but the file itself is called "adult.xp3". Place that in the general directory (so the main folder where all the game data is) and you're good to go.

YUP theyre so few and far between in all honestly... then its just pr0n, with no good stories that stain the name of hentai vn as theres some goodies there too...
It was good. Honestly one of the best I've seen in a while. Story is quite good with likable characters. The sex scenes were fairly hot as well though some scenes didn't show the good part. Adult patch is down there in the comment section.
