I wouldn't. More likely those are fake downloads due to spammy ads that IGG allows to run rampant on their site knowingly without any desire to prevent it. Th only real prevention they'll act on are the trigger words they screen, like this particular phrase that everyone should be using at all times: AD BLOCKER.

While I'm not sure what kind of ads IGG has on his site since I do use a blocker, it's irrelevant since the downloads aren't hosted by him! All the links to downloads are for external sites that IGG has absolutely >NO< control over whatsoever! If they want to run scammy ads on their site (and they do), IGG can't do a damn thing about it! If you don't have a blocker installed, those sites are going to pound you sideways with fake links and fake downloads (which usually end in *.exe) so DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, OPEN THOSE FILES! The only file extensions you need look for from IGG are *.RAR and very >VERY< occasionally, *.ZIP. I haven't seen any with the *.7z extension so those two are the ones you're looking for! I typically only download from Google Drive and/or the two MEGAs, though MEGAUP without a blocker is pure concentrate DIGITAL BLEACH! Almost anywhere you click will download an EXE. You NEED a blocker!

Now with the patronizing out of the way, I tend to frequent the site to post nonsense like some of the other regulars. Most of the time, I'm away from the PC so I use my phone. And, babe, it sometimes takes 2 or 3 refreshes before the insanity to cease, though I am sure that they need me update my iPhone to avoid corruption is indeed important. Didn't know Android makes iPhones. And, since I'm not jazzed about rooting my new phone to make adblocking possible, I just haveta deal.
This site is generated to make revenue in multiple ways, some of which have been confirmed by the mods themselves, stating that's how they keep the lights on. And since this isn't the most rule-abiding site in internet history, other avenues are needed to make revenue without them being marked. Donations, clickable images with the anime or real tatas on them, and many, MANY redirectories. not only that, there's also an "on-click" code that will cause a pop-up to come when you're not even clicking on a link, some of which will lead to a link that will immediately start a shady download that a few lucky newcomers aren't sure of and an unknown amount who have "successfully" downloaded.
Finally, if they wanna say it's not their fault that things are chaotic on their site... you know... the site that they own... there's some serious repercussions for neglect; often legal ones.
