Thank you very much for putting this file. Downloading from the Google server gives me an error that the file is seen by many people. Solution: 1: Add the File to your OneDrive account, 2: make a copy of the file, 3: Create a folder within Onedrive, 4: Move the copy file to the created folder, 5: Download the folder with the file. It is assumed that when putting the file in the folder and then downloading it, the file is compressed, after the compression the download is enabled. Hope it works for you.
