Any idea how to fix the SmartSteamEmu error: " Unable to launch game. Make sure the 'Target' and 'Startin' folder point to the correct path and folder "
Tried using it in different folders, same, making two folders, and nothing worked so far.
The internal mechanics are messed up. I D/L'd a previous version from the IGG archives and it's messed up too. I got a 3rd version from another site, diff group cracked it, and it had the same error(s) as the previous 2. It just wont run. :(
Fixing the Emu.ini did NOT fix the "check file integrity" glitch. This version (v0.84.287) is broken. 😒 I will request an update to the current version (v0.84.289.120).
when i start playing a pop show up saying ' please check application file integrity ' and what ever i press confirm or cancel every thing run normal except ppl are bugged !! what i should do ? ( i got only 1 winrar i extracted it then i run the .exe thats what i did )
Ok well i got the game to work after totally wiping the file and redownloading and installing it the game semi works you see the people go around but they dont listen to player commands at all! They do what they want and in my game they spend months collecting things but not building they built one house and they will not build anything else no matter what i do so as far as i see this game is either a terrible mess or very very unfinished and had no business being released this early. either way now that i see all you can do is suggest to them and 99% of the time they dont listen to you i'm uninstalling this mess of a game! IGG thank you for letting us see this unfinished game before any of us lost money buying said crap! I wont waste my time with this one if you like to be abused go ahead enjoy!
Well, it clearly says on Steam it's early access and they are relying on the players to help with gameplay issues. So, you are correct, it's unfinished. And it's not officially released. But at least you got some stuff off your chest.
In fact, the fake cracking team of the game production team uploaded a fake cracked version, and ICG did not carefully check it at all. They eliminated the cracking game in this way.
Downloaded and installed the game it started right up i pick standard game it starts i get to the world map and it's a blank grey area with little squares and i see shadows pass overhead and well nothing else happens! I tried a few times i got the game to start but after a few min the game stops and asks to check file integrity and game freezes no matter where i am in game it does the same thing. What is causing this to occur??? this game just dont work please fix this!

Then just add semicolon ; in the start of line 34 and 39

And yes runs from main Settlement Survival.exe executable without problems.. Also to be on the sure sidel, disable eg windowns defender
