I smells stolen artwork, i do! her collar bone in the first image looks OFF* and off in a way where I mean it's definitely just drawn over clothing, and the person editing the stolen art didn't realize how collar bones are supposed to look ( re; not like the collar to your shirt )
Maybe smeaglos are outdated? and maybe, there is honor among thieves? or a limit to how much you can steal? I do care about stolen at some point personally.. Steal art and rewrite things is really low! But if you don't see that, or understand that, all good, do as you will, coz you would anyway.
What an art expert, so what if it looks like a clothing, that doesn't have to mean anything, I see nothing wrong with it, it properly curves downwards. Like, do you realize how exaggerated anime artstyle really can be, you can draw collar bone in so many different ways accenting different bits of it... Investigation closed.
