I tried without the steamclient loader, still leads me to steam page. I even tried your way and delete the x86_64, still the same. So I'm not sure.

A user Sussy Baka posted two Mega links down the section for the fix. Follow the comment from A Pro Gamer how to install the x86_64 file. The other file SteamClientLoader just unzip and place them in the directory of the game. From here now start the game only with the steamclient_loader.exe and not Touhou Mystia Izakaya.exe
