are you on windows7? you need to download the corresponding bit version(32/64) and rename the file, remove the _42 wait nvm forget it

the installation was going fine until it reach the 70-75% mark and this pop up

It doesn't matter, Auto combos aren't effective in the real match, unless you are dumb enough to lose to someone who only do auto combos.

I think it defaults to only Xbox controllers and keyboards, so you gotta set the game up as a non-steam game and add it to Steam. Then it should work. Had to do this to get the PS5 controller to work.

Melty Blood Actress Again Current Code was released back in 2011 later published on steam on 2016. The reason why it is impossible to fully implement every characters due to 2 factors, this game takes place on a reboot timeline so some characters won't show up later down in the timeline. Secondly, the amount of sprite to rework, frame data, and stats to port is an absolute pain to port over because each characters have 3 moon types (which changes move sets and frame data) in AACC while in TL there is no moon types at all.

So yeah engine differences/age and the story reboot, makes it tough for the game to have all of the characters, hoping for free updates tho. (also did you call this an 60$ game. Its 50$ lol)
