Before you will start updating process, save your game in your bed - to make sure you have autosave. Identify your save-game folder located inside Saves are in \Appdata\Roaming\SOSPoOT - it will be a number like this: "76561199211667608" (number could be different!) - make a note of this number, as it contains your original save!
If you want to be sure if everything will go smoothly, backup your game folder.
Apply your crack first. Do not start your game. Delete both doge.ini files. Second one is located in: \STORY OF SEASONS Pioneers of Olive Town_Data\Plugins\x86_64\
Apply DLC, as been mentioned before. Start NEW GAME! No worries, will restore your savegame in a sec. Let the game start, name your character, farm etc. Once you got control back, go to your tent and go to sleep, and autosave will be created. New day starts, and once available - quit your game (without saving - autosave is what we need). Copy your old SaveData0.sav from folder mentioned above. Please note, inside \Appdata\Roaming\SOSPoOT now you will have two folders. You will need to replace savedata just created with your ORIGINAL (OLD) one. Then start a game -> Continue. Don't worry - it shows second day, tent - however it will be your old game. You will see once it loaded. Game will be same, as you left - when you will spend another day and save in your bed, name of the save will be reverted to normal.
Sure. Everything described above is for people played this game already and if they don't want to keep their progress, should manage their saves. If you starting new game - just install main game, apply all necessary fix add DLC and start new game and continue playing. Nothing else.

skidrowreloaded has a copy of the game with the DLC, and it's ver 1.0.1, so it won't have the glitch that 1.1.0 does. The file is specifically called "story of seasons pioneers of olive town incl dlcs goldberg". I would link, but IGG won't let me.
DLC is activated, so all you'll need to do is transfer your saves. I found my saves in AppData\Roaming\SOSPoOT\
I have to tell you my gamer friends. we're know that there are bugs that infinite loading the day of the festival. at first I don't believe this is a bug of game. No way that Beta-testers not found this bug, right? So, I try to search for the solutions until I found. 1.Clean steam files from edwinkyr and RUI, I choose edwinkyr files. 2.Steam emulator from Mr. Goldberg. So, I'd delete my current game files. Copy from 1. and copy from 2 Now. I can smoothly play without infinite loading. with full DLC.
I'd d/l from cs.rin.XX (XX is a country code not XX). you must be a member but it's free. there're some member post that just copy 'Goldberg Emulator' to existing cracked game not work. So, I'd delete all files in SOS:POOT folder. Copy 1 and then 2 to SOS:POOT folder. SOS:POOT is not a real folder name.
I don't know if I'm allowed to post it but I've zipped the game version 1.0+ DLC. If anyone is interested? I also did it for version 1.1 but this one has a bug. The 4 days of festivals in spring, summer, autumn, and winter (that we have with our lover) do not work, the screen remains black when loading. It is thus necessary to go back to version 1.0, to make the day, and the following day we can play again with the version 1.1 ^^
mine ok. maybe u have completed 2nd but not more than 2nd request, on condition that yours are v.1.1.0. i remembered i had finished 1st sprite request then was informed with farming ability.
Note : if you using doge cracked SOS PoOT, don't forget to delete the doge.ini inside game directory folder and inside plugins folder after copy paste this crack to make it work.

my pc was backing up my files therefore the doge.ini was still in the file eventhough i had already deleted it. so i have to check twice. also you need to separate the goldberg crack files. there are 3 things contained in there. put the files accordingly. if my explanation is hard to understand or you dont know which file should go into which, contact me, jeonjihyun0622@gmail.com

For anyone that are still having issues installing this game or getting it to work.. What helped me some how is going into this ---> (STORY.OF.SEASONS.Pioneers.of.Olive.Town.Incl.DLCs\STORY OF SEASONS Pioneers of Olive Town_Data\Plugins\x86_64) I then deleted the "steam_api64.dll" And somehow it launched my game so idk
I have same issue few days ago, i don't know what caused this problem, but i think maybe it bugged when i change from doge version to dlc crack fix version.
I use last save from doge and that happen one day after i receive my bucket from clemens and victor tell me about next town development. I try use save file the day before, try turn off trainer, and the problem persist.
So i delete my save folder, all of them, and play a new game, no upgrade anything, no do anything, just sleep until i receiving my bucket and receive all the tutorial ingame like how to use log, hownto expand house from victor etc. It took me 13 days ingame until first rain pour down.
After that nothing happen like in your picture again. I don't know if it's really related or not, or something caused it to happen, but i'm fine now without any problem. Sorry, maybe my answer not really answer your question but, maybe somehow it can help.
Okay, so this game? It's not good as it wants to be. The game feels very gutted, even with the added dlc. You can fully expect that within three hours of gameplay, you're going to see pretty much everything the game has to offer. It becomes repetitive from that point forward. "Story of Seasons, Friends of Mineral Town" is a better version to play, even though it too gets boring after a while.
please anyone who can help this error...well this game always stuck after autosave to enter the 14th summer (jamboree day), whatever I do the game always stuck on black screen when it enter the 14th summer but when I load my save file the day befor ( 13summer) it running well, then come to the 14 summer the game just stay on black screen after autosave
What i did was staying up until 2am and passing out. This makes you skip the morning cutscenes from the villagers about ex. upgrading the town or reminding you about the festival or what not.
By doing this you wake up at 9 or 10am and can enter the festival but you will be busy afterwards with your fields, animals etc. with the few hours remaining to get everything done.
After finding this temporary fix i did not continue playing so i can't say for sure if you will encounter the same problem on the 15th.
Never the less, do try it out and if no more problems pop up after a couple in-game days let me know as i currently am just waiting for the update while playing other games.

Does anyone experience errors like unable to pick mature crops/ wild crops and pet moving around while sleeping after updating to 1.1.0 (and copying the dlc from 1.0.0)?
I was playing 1.0.0 and I am in the winter when I saw that an update came out I updated the game As I had understood that it should be done and it worked, I have 1.1.0 and it loads my data from the previous version with the dlc, although the game runs with jerks sometimes.
Can you use the x360ce program in the game? I'm using it but it doesn't work for me and I've already tried with xinput9_1_0.dll, xinput1_4.dll, xinput1_3.dll, xinput1_2.dll and xinput1_1.dll and it still doesn't read the gamepad.
To add dlc to this version you'll need both version the one with the dlc and this one then your going to take the plugins file from both version out after copy paste 1.1 to 1.0 hit replace all files after your gonna take the plugins from 1.0 and add then in the place they should be.
ps.the dlc is in the plugins folder but without the previous steps the game doesn't work.
I saw what you said and I can play my game from 1.0.0 to 1.1.0 with the dlcs, but for some reason the game runs choppy sometimes and that didn't happen to me before, I don't know why. It happens, but I even lowered all the resolutions to make it work as best as possible, but I still get that little problem.
In my case, I copy v.1.0.0 plugins overwrite v.1.1.0, then copy v.1.0.0 steaming assets(with DLC) to the v.1.1.0 relevant position. Otherwise, If v.1.1.0 plugins pasted to v.1.0.0, then put back to v.1.1.0 directory, it’s v.1.1.0 though, no DLC shown.
I figured out that the problem really comes from the steam dll file inside the plugins folder so copy 1.1 to 1.0 but gotta leave the steam dll from 1.0 so the dlc works.

Hi, can I ask how you update the newest version because I dunno how to update the newest version. I just download the newest and lauched it and it just show black screen.
Mine launched immediately tho, just copy your save file from previous version (1.1.0 don't have the dlc yet). Maybe you could try run as administrator or lower the setting a bit.
I am no expert, but it might've something to do with your graphic card driver. Btw my game also shows blank for about 1min before start loading, so it might just be the computer spec too low for the game.

Its work but first of all you should extract it at another drive or folder and then open the crack folder, there should be 3 item inside. Then copy one by one to your game folder to replace the old one from your folder game.

First, you need the game itself, the dlc and the dlc crack fix. The link for dlc and dlc crack fix already posted here on the comment down below.
Second, after you have done downloading the three of them, you must :
Install the game first.
Extract the dlc file to the game directory folder.
Extract the dlc crack fix somewhere else first.
Back to your game directory folder and backup steam_api64.dll, doge.ini and plugins folder to somewhere safe.
After backup files mentioned above, back to game directory folder and delete doge.ini, one inside the game directory folder and one inside plugins folder.
Copy and paste the dlc crack fix to the game directory and let it replace all.
That's it, start the game and dlc notification pop up should appear on main screen.

Actually, this is the workaround to get the dlc working ingame. If you have all the installed game with dlc but not with the crack fix from mr goldberg, it won't show up on ingame. I already play it before with doge and dlc installed, but the game wont read the dlc at all. Well it kind of protection on the dlc files than the main game itself so dlc won't be able activate ingame.
And for your answer, the game will have pop up about dlc being activated after you goes to game main screen. Well, the process it's not so complicated if you want try, but if you want to wait for someone to upload the game with already activated dlc then it's okay too.

It said the file is corrupted but the game can be installed and run properly. Just click Install before closing the error message that may appear 3 times.
to those who cannot run the game after putting the dlc files in the game folder. the dlc files should just go in the game folder. make sure you apply the crack fix files properly. there is 3 things in the crack_fix_mrgoldberg files. all the 2 files and 1 dll files should go into the game folder. do not directly paste crack_fix_mrgoldberg files into the game folder.
