It's essentially finished With the way the progression works is you can't go back to re-do any ships. Ships won't be looking like the screenshots because they need additional parts to be valid, and warnings have been disabled.
Oof Windows 10 has been out for 6 years and Windows 7 for 11 years now... Windows 7 has 64 bit versions btw. Only thing is that DX12 is w10 only iirc. Luckily allot of games support Vulkan, and who needs DX Raytracing right now anyways.
