I have an issue: The game starts up normally and I select "new game" the problem comes after the cutscene. It shows loading a neverending screen. I tried the crap with epic louncher and the shortcuts and it just doesn't load. If anyone knows where's the issue, please help

Get "Hello Neighbour Modkit" from Epic Game Store (DO NOT install, just buy it for free and leave it there)
In the "Voidtrain.v7097" game file, go to: "Voidtrain.v7097\Voidtrain\Voidtrain\Binaries\Win64" and make a shortcut of the "VoidTrain-Win64-Shipping.exe" file.
Right-click the shortcut, and select Properties. In the "Target" text field, add " -epicportal" to the end of the existed path. (DO NOT copy the " sign & DO copy the white space at the beginning, or else it will return an error saying the path is invalid or smt like that)
Click "Apply" then "OK". If no error message pops up, you are good to go.
Launch the game by opening the shortcut.
(You can change the shortcut name to whatever you like it wont affect the launcher)

just as i thought, the fix doesn't do anything... i do it 2 ways (i know how to do this) ... i find the binaries folder with the shipping.exe for voidtrain... i go to properties, and rename it at the end -epicportal it breaks the shortcut... i send shortcut to desktop go in to properties and do the same... and again it breaks the file!!!! read with? Mozila/notepad/krita/etc (i also loaded the dodgey as F hello neighbour (which breaks regardless because i don't OWN IT) Ok i had to SEND IT to desktop maybe tell us this first?
Not a bad game, but it's really quite grindy and boring in its current state, and there's a lot of rough edges and lack of polish that really make the grind annoying. If the game allowed you to explore a bit more, had a bit more gameplay beyond 'collect resources' and 'watch progress bars go down', and in general picked up the pace and rebalanced the resource collection, it could definitely be worth a good shot.
I've had the armory since start and no crash or bugs with it. I do have the occasional glitch with the Lab 1 - restart fixes that easily enough. Would love to see the new update with the water bidon and coal briquette changes.
It certainly looks different, but it plays quite similarly to The Trail (PC version), minus the constant equipment degredation. If you like the one you'll probably like the other.
Hi, I installed the game but after few minutes of playing I get a "Fatal error" on the screen. I have the Hello Neighbor Mod Kit and the game starts up in general. I also do not understand how to edit the shortcut, should I just create the shortcut and insert -epicportal (Target: *\Voidtrain\VoidTrain\Binaries\Win64\VoidTrain-Win64-Shipping.exe -epicportal) ? If yes I get "The name -epicportal specified in the Target box is not valid ..." What am I doing wrong?
no controller support, you can key bind it to a controller in the settings, but some buttons aren't correctly recognized and don't work properly :( pass until that's fixed sadly.

If you create an account and buy a game in one country, you cannot buy anything if you move out from that country. Any purchase attempt will be blocked and you will be asked to contact with their support which will ask for you to send them a copy of your ID via unprotected method (just scan and email it). I'd say it looks more along the lines of a Leiji Matsumoto anime(Galaxy Express 999, Captain Harlock, Galaxy Railways, Space Battleship Yamato etc) meets Dishonoured just based on looks alone.
Similar atmosphere but no I don't think it's the same genre. Seems more unique than that. Like The Forest or Subnautica, but with an interdimensional train theme. It's a really fresh take.
Let me guess, it's also multiplayer, and has no direction or story, making a download pointless unless you have friends, and use networking tools.. Or even better, it's SINGLEPLAYER and has no direction or story, making it worth less of a download. ;)

For anyone trying to start the game, you need to install the "Hello Neighbor Mod Kit" for free on your Epic games launcher, the cracked launcher uses it to launch the game for some reason.
Installing it just made it launch the hello neighbor mod kit for me, after a little research i found you have to add the hello neighbor mod kit to epic library but DO NOT install it.

i was going to report this - as if the moderators would care lol - the second epic loaded and said i DO NOT OWN hello neighbour i almost gave up thinking this was fake, will try the fix and report back
once it says you don't own game close it and make a shortcut to VoidTrain-Win64-Shipping.exe on your deskptop. Right click shortcut got to properties and on the line that says target add -epicportal to the end apply exit use your new shortcut to play.
