I don't even know how you managed to download this game. Alright I assume you already downloaded the game and ran it at least once. Now click on Start then type -> %localappdata% . On the address bar replace the \local part with \locallow. Then find Glitch Pitch\Idol Manager\Mods and throw your mods in there.
I'm yet to test it. What i have is clean game and i just move plugins folder from old version game to 1.0.3 game and i can play it. I just checking the game version is right or not on option section inside the game. I'll try it the game later if it work flawless or not and will reported back here again. this game felt too unbalanced to the point of being almost unplayable even on the easiest difficulty for me, but excited for the next updates or a better tutorial
U need to use your idol stamina carefully and try to make single as soon as possible to unlock higher lvl performing its more reliable than count on contract early stage. and build break room.
Once you finished installing the game, go to the game folder, click on plugins, x86_64. there it should be three items there. I can't remember them but make sure you only have steam_api64.csx and steam_emu.ini in the x86_64 folder. That's how it started working for me
Delete the steam_api and put the only the steam_api64.csx and steam_emu.ini in the x86_64 folder. I'll also put the crack files in the game directory as well, hopefully it'll work.

Well I tried this game and it is complete shit waste of time. There is a bug that makes sure all business proposals eventually fail. In the beginning that is the only way to make money so that completely bankrupts the company.
that aint bug. you just need to improve your basic budget management skill before you can run this game smoothly lol at beginning you should not hire extra coach or extra producer just run your own production by yourself. right after you run some concert and maybe if your idol good enough, you can hire and build extra production room to enlarge you bussines.
I don't think that's a bug it's just very unlucky if you mean that every research opportunity fail. I made a run and end up having a good chunk of opportunity , with some paying really well. I'd say my % of Opportunity Receive vs "Nothing found" was 30-70 ? Then I hired a Rank 2 (I mean it's not level, but I take the rank above the begginer one) Manager and here it was probably a 50-50 % of Opportunity Receive, with more often than not good paying Opportunity. But I would totally agree that the tutorial doesn't help you much grasping the important part, I would advocate when you start to take a Rank 2 Manager and Rank 1 on the other things.

I downloaded it and whenever I run it, it opens and closes the app, then leads me to the store page of Idol Manager in Steam. Might buy instead lol was thinking of trying it out since havent tested the demo.

However this game is mod-supported and basically it allows unofficial NSFW "patch".
