Just checked, this is version 1.33, newest version is 1.35a. The dev updates the game with (minor?) bugfixes like every other day. Might want to wait for a couple of weeks before getting this.
Or get it on Steam to get every update instantly. I know, it's a huge stretch and maybe the last thing some people have in mind... but it can be worth it.
GWT will continue to get updates, not just bugfixes, but new game modes, new units and factions and other improvements for, I'm hoping years to come. My last big game was Auro, which came out in 2014 and literally got another big update early this year. So I'm really committed to my games. We have a map editor coming soon, which will be the beginning of a really exciting era for the game. The game is also 20% off for the next few days. But if anyone really can't afford the game, please do reach out to me where-ever and I'd be happy to give you a Steam key. <3
