I get the same issue as noire to where when I try to run Autorun.exe, it completely blocks access and says it's been blocked by the administrator and that I need to contact them...despite being the administrator. Any help?

First time I've ever had a problem of this magnitude with you guys: my PC is refusing to run Autorun.exe because Windows Defender identified it as a threat, and even though I unflagged it in Defender and temporarily disabled Defender, it still won't work without administrator permissions. I AM the administrator... Can anyone help?
