This game is pretty interesting, it's a bullet hell but pretty different from the mainline titles. Don't let the "photography" aspect scare you away from it, all the patterns and how you deal with them is extremely creative! It's the type of thing that could only be done in a spin-off! It's kinda like a mix of an action game with puzzle game, yes ZUN found a way to transform danmaku into a puzzle! Overall a pretty memorable entry for the Touhou franchise that revisits many characters, the story is almost non-existent but it does expand on characters introduced prior to this game, especially if you get a Perfect in each scene, you unlock a description of the encounter from Aya's perspective.

I used to be really excited for them but it's just so boring now. And IGG sees your fighting/TD games and raises you Unity engine horror/GF simulator VN games.
It depends on the KIND of TD game -- if in the vein of Orcs Must Die, or Deathtrap, I like 'em. The "set the traps and AFK" ones -- no. TD games need to have "heroes" and full player / action control during the rush phase. That 'Gensokyo Defenders' game is okay; just lacking in characters, and rather "indie" in production values. As for fighters, there are a handful of okay-ish Touhou fighters... However, a more "triple-A" one is as sorely missed as it is for Sailor Moon. Another genre that may work with Touhou, is "musou" (Dynasty Warriors type games). Other than that, that "kart" game (forget its title) -- where the witches act as hoverboard and rider -- wasn't a bad effort... Kind of like 'Sonic Riders'.
