This feels like the kind of game that Amanita Design made before the Samarost titles made them prominent in the indie scene.

I think this would have flourished with horror as if it was an old dos-like point and click game, like Shadowgate or Uninvited. Instead that's replaced with LSD induced stuff. Do people appreciate this stuff? Same thing goes for Suicide Squad or whatever that game was a couple months ago.

What is up with the sound design...? There is so much reverb that i have to reduce the volume so much.
Also, that part with the Colonel. The repeated smiling animations just have to be accompanied by ghastly sound effects. Why?

The colonel's part is a musical puzzle; the sounds it emits are those that we can generate with the piano next to it, but I'm not good at memorizing each sound to reproduce them in the proper order.

Oh, okay. Thanks for the clarification.
Not a game for the tone-deaf then.

Finally. I was afraid this would get copyright striked for using so many likenesses before it dropped here.

I will definitely play this. Based on what I've seen and heard I'm expecting mind-blowing stuff.
A tiny warning though, the "Sonoshee" games should always come with a warning for 'photosensitivity triggering' and 'seizure induction' if you're prone to those. For some reason it never gets mentioned.
Edit: The epilepsy warning does in fact exist when you start the game. What I was referring to earlier was based on the information on the Steam page and the game's trailer.

I know buddy posted his first look video after you commented, but that epilepsy warning is well and truly in the beginning. Developer knew what he was doing. lol

Thank you for pointing that out, friend. I will correct my post accordingly.
However, ethically speaking, epilepsy warning should be on the Steam page or at least in the teaser trailer they have on their page; but unfortunately it isn't there (or at least I couldn't find it).
I think people should know about what they possibly can't use before they purchase it. But yeah, thankfully it is the first thing you see when you boot up the game.
