Oh grud. Oh grud. I can see why you didn't get past 6 minutes. It's just tossing of dudes around for those several minutes, during which there should have been something new other than wrangling the mouse. I saw you even tried to pick up a gun. Shooting dudes while TK-murking them would have been funnier - but no, this developer does not seem to be even aware of Psi Ops.
It reminds me of Hotline Miami because they kill you in a single attack and it's top down, but it is worse done. And you can use firearms, only enemies shoot you right away, it's better telekinesis.
