just downloaded again, the file now is the 1.1.9 version, it says right on the title at the main screen. it was 1.1.4 before, but still, needs the new upgrades for sure.
i have a very hard time recomending this game... artstyle is really awesome, but holy mother of god this game is so abysmally unbalnaced. At the 5th level there is an absurd difficulty spike that is 100% determined by luck because raw force does nothing.... this composition right here(https://imgur.com/a/ax0OPyN), which is almost maxed everything was not enough to beat the final boss of level 5 because the boss was IMMUNE to physical damage....
well, it's just a small novel type storyline- which is showed to us in the begining of the game, and also in the end of the game, there's a bit novel too. i'd like to start the white witch character storyline, but idk, i think i've had enough bsc somehow it's kind of repetitive :/
Oh wow you managed to reach 5th level final boss with just 3 symbols active, I had a hard time on lv4 even with 5 symbols active. I finished 5th level boss with at least 10 symbols active, most of them are lv2 or above, my units (on final boss) are mostly non upgraded gold tier because it's really hard to find them and by using them in active party their symbols got activated.
This is quite a fun game. Piece of advice, the symbol is OP. Upgrade unit to a star and you can keep the symbol permanently, also when choosing equipment it's better to mind the symbol rather than the effects, at least it worked for me. Going for witch's maze now, phew.
If you want to beat the Final Boss of 6th Dungeon, you have to combine some unit to 2-Rank then sell them off, you do this just to get a symbol which are permanent after you upgrade them to rank 2. The rest is up to your creativity. I just beat 6th dungeon and there's 3 more dungeon and new character after that.

- Either focus on physical damage (hanged man) or shock + spike (this strategy almost useless against boss with revive)
- Don't spend money before 5th floor (get as many 10% carat gem as possible)
- Healer is must
- The 2nd times spend money should around 10~12nd floor (exit to menu before all your unit die)
- Don't use double money unless it appear at 8th floor or so
*I don't remember any bosses immune to physical damage? maybe they have too many illusion buff?I beat Witch Maze with only 3 bronze units
i enjoy the artstyle, storyline, animation, etc, so i don't really onto the battle hardness :
