do you even need base game to play burial at sea dlcs like with minervas den in bioshock 2? cause on other torrent sites it seems i can download them separately.
did you try to play the game as administrator? like right click on your mouse then click "run as administrator" i had that problem with playing dishonored running as admen should fix it.
