If you have the gamepad option greyed out it means you haven't used your controller to press START when it says so and have used your mouse or keyboard. This crack also doesn't let you save replays maybe they're connected with Steam?

deactivate malware protection before starting. it wont work until you reinstall ikaruga after starting it with malware protection on.
