Whaddup guys? Big fan. Patch 2.0.4 dropped and it's the final patch for the game. Will you guys update it to 2.0.4? I'm looking for 2.0.4 version of the game(so I can play RIS mod) but I can't find it anywhere :(
the game like a shit , i can not control my army good the game not respond good like the old game , my pc: 6gb gpu , 22gb ram , i7 any one have the same problem?
Thanks for the 2.0.3 update, but the patcher is failing & showing errors. Does there need to be the 2.0.2 patch first, because that has not yet been uploaded? Thanks. :)
This is an old game that used to be big in its time. With all the bugs that came when it was out, it took a lot of work to get it run smooth. If you still run into issues with it, give Rome Total Realism a try. Much better than the original with more factions to play with. You can thank me later.
I get openAL dll issues with the version on this website but the same codex hack on another works perfectly fine, plz re-upload a fixed version and add _redist or _commonredist to make it easier to find issues.
Hello, how do you change the langage? I have renamed my language folder into en.lproj (in Contents > Resources) but only the UI is translated now, I still have english audio and subtitles.
Hello, I have been playing Rome Remastered and it plays great, but when I am in the battle and I press Pause Menu the game crashes. It only crashes during battle, when I am on the campaign map it doesn't crash. Please help!
Hello, also get an entry point not found problem here... (In french) it lies in Kernel 32 library... Any hint ? Maybe i shouldn't try to run it under windows 7 ? Thks,
You probably didn't opt to install the crack in the installer. You can find in in the files, one for the main game...should be on the image and for the patch the crack is in the codex folder. Just overwrite the original files. have fun.

I don't know if this happens to someone else, but when I start the game and the Options window opens, it appears completely blank. The program responds, that is, I can move the window but it is totally blank and I cannot select anything.

It is always satisfying to see a game from Creative Assembly being cracked. Greedy fuckers, they are really despising (and yes, I know Paradox is even worse, but it's like comparing trash with trash)
Greedy world. I as unemployed loser don't mind dying one bit, isolated, prison life. Rich people / Nobles reeling in money having a blast, they don't mind stepping on people to get more money, some might even enjoy it. And they do know of the fact that every dollar more they earn someone else earn less, they usually cover it up with, they live/survive! Well, am drunk, not that I don't feel this way but I probably wouldn't have cared if I wasn't..
Wow, i stopped following releases about a year ago, so that one hit me as a complete surprise. A nice one. I never really got into rome2 because it was a bit too much of everything. As i have never played rome1 i will definetly give this one a try.
Rome 1 is a great game, but let me warn you now. Path finding, especially in sieges, are abysmal. So be ready for that. Luckily, it doesn't bother me that much.
Game: 28.8 GB Enhanced Graphics Pack: 24.4 GB Ultra-high fidelity enhancements across a multitude of gameplay elements. Revisit Rome like never before in glorious 4K - that's why. I think that's it and they added this Pack.
Finally a topic about this! I didn't want to bring it up on a specific game but as there is no other place to talk about it, let's go! I don't have a problem with this site making money. They have to, no questions asked. But it is pretty obvious (i think) that, with denuvo, they have lost a lot of people looking for AAA releases. So maybe that is their way to remedy the issue. Trying to offset the loss of users by making the remaining users more profitable. Also...not bad. Maybe the only way to keep this going. Maybe i am wrong and this site is more popular than ever because people can't satisfy their gaming urge without it. The only thing i can say and be 100% right is that now this site is a pain to use. It's fine with those indie games that are mostly under 5GB. And to be honest, even downloading a 100gb game is, if you think about what you get, not that much of a problem. But one has to take into account how it was...... So we had a market (im calling it that for the argument) where anyone could get anything anytime. Now this is narrowing, there are some companies that are fine with paying 6-7figure numbers to keep "pirates" out. Quality did not improve and companies are using proprietary launchers to keep others out. A normal gamer has like 4-10 launchers installed on his computer. So in my opinion this whole problem the gaming industry has, is homemade and completely just. Anyway....back to topic Atm this site is dangerous for anyone that has no knowledge about how this whole game is played. And this is my problem with it. I am 100% sure that many users have run into the trap that was set for them. The problem here is that this is not helpful for the pirate community as a whole. It is like biting the person that gives you food.
Considering the current videogames "scene", the day 1 patches and whatnot... They are definitely idiots. The software is literally not ready for consumption and they still buy it anyway. Or test it for free. Do you really think companies like Sega, Ubisoft, Arcsystem (who just broke sale records with their Dragon Ball game), etc.. they don't have money? They can't pay for beta testers and perform stress evaluations on their online servers before releasing the damn product?
I was watching a lot of footage for this pre-release, and there was not a lot of bugs noticed. Just usual stuff from the original. However, on release, it seems there's a lot more bugs than I would have anticipated. Ranging from graphics issues (not to major), to this weird delay on unit orders. Stuff like that. Also, on a side note, a lot of reviews are filled with nostalgia. Both negative and positive. I'd recommend you read some steam reviews to look at the bugs but take them with a grain of salt.
you can try, i bought with discount 50%, and is a nice game, what i ahte is the load screens i thought they change, but is so good now this game now work very good on modern pcs and can be mod more easy
any one have the same problem?

I may be wrong but that looks like windows 8.

edit: Should be on the image file in the "redist" folder

I bought it with the half off loyalty discount and still haven't installed it

I think i give it a try and if i don't like it i wait a bit and may try again. :)
