Back to 2000 in Chinese terms is like back to 1980 in Japanese terms. Sadly, the Chinese have still not produced one good game in 20 years while think of where the Japanese games industry was in 2000.
their design philosophy in games is uh "different" (lol) but they dont have a reason to change it because they still make their sales in china. what we get in the west is actually the best games that are produced there and if that doesnt scare you or make you laught (or both) i dont know
believe it or not but several years ago i had an interview with a chinese company who wanted to bring out some of their games for an western audience. after a playtest i just said "i cant turn shit into gold". most games from japan in the 80s and 90s were better then what they develope there today.
It's really fucking sad nowadays that so many people are so blatantly racist toward the Chinese. Hate their government, not the people. What exactly is wrong with uploading a game developed in China?
IGG does not crack nor provide nothing, just upload scenes work to available for download... Not to say that "its nothing" as ofc it is! IGG staff take actually even more risks then those actual groups who crack games... yeah that surprised me too at start! o.O
