Game launches in whitescreen and immediately shuts down, without any explanation. I tried to run it in different compatibility settings, disable antivirus, but nothing helps.

Hello jON dOE, I'm not sure if this comment is breaking any rules, so please don't ban me if it is; please just let me know so I can make sure not to make the same mistake again.
Anyways, I requested a game a week or so ago(update for a game called STRIDE if that is pertinent info-I'm not sure) and it never got updated. I hope that doesn't sound entitled, because I don't mean for it to sound that way-I'm just wondering if I posted it incorrectly.
I followed the format and provided all necessary information and I'm not sure what is going on on my end.

i downloaded fifa 21 but the game wont launch

I redownloaded a torrent of NBA 2k19 and for some reason I can't find the jerseys that I need. Last time I did download it with the updates they all were there. Then after downloading the updates again (megaup is banned in my region) it seems they've gone. I downloaded it in order:
V1.05 (mega)
V1.06 (mega)
V1.07 (Google Drive)
V1.08 (mega)
Did I do anything wrong? The game works perfectly fine yet I can't find what I'm missing.
