According to this game's torrent page (See here), this game is a Scene release from the Scene group known as "RUNE".
I searched Reddit for any user reports of "Unable to start: The contents of your user data directory were created by a newer version of The Sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update your game via Origin to play." and was able to find a Reddit "Cracked Games Support" expert's solution for this problem (Please see Reddit User "anadius1"'s "The Sims 4 Troubleshooting Guide" here).
According to Reddit User "anadius1", try deleting the "..\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" folder in your system drive (eg. - "C:"). You will lose all save games and any added on third party mods (Not DLCs) in the process but the game will be playable again along with any new save games that you create and most likely any compatible [with this version of the game], third party mods that you subsequently add on.
According to my friend, "Dazed.N.Confused", the Czech language is supported by the official, retail version of this game (See here).
However, you would need to find on your own, if you are resourceful, or request via an "Upload Request" in the Game Request section, a separate Czech language pack and the RUNE language changer as this RUNE release of the cracked game only supports English, based on what I can see in "Daz's" further, posted comments from long ago [I could be wrong as things may have been updated since that posted comment. Look at the screenshot in his posted comment] (See here). Also see here - There is a possibility the RUNE cracked version of the game doesn't support Czech even though the official, retail version does so. IF a Czech language pack exists then the RUNE language changer should be able to switch the game's language from English to Czech.

Things have changed since I last posted my comments in that game page almost a year ago, while some have not (For example, the game has now since been updated to version v1.113.291.1020 but the RUNE release still only supports English).
There is now a new custom language changer made by Anadius and a language pack that includes support for multiple languages instead of separate language packs for the support of a single language other than English which Homu can download from Anadius's personal site. Homu needs to click on the "Download" link on Anadius's site to be redirected to a MediaFire folder that has the language changer (924KB), the language pack, "TS4_Language_Strings_1.113.291.1020.7z" (242MB) for this version (v1.113.291.1020) of the game (Scroll all the way down in the MediaFire page to see it) and the "Tutorial (idiot proofed).png" instructions on how to install and use everything.
Homu needs to select all three of those necessary files for download. Afterwards, he needs to carefully read Anadius' instructions, unpack the language support files from the 7Zip archive, move them into the proper location and then run Anadius' custom language changer to select the desired language other than English (Hopefully for Homu's sake, it has support for the Czech language).

I've searched this game's Steam Discussion pages for any Steam User reports concerning "The procedure entry point SetThread Description could not be located" but found none (See here). I also searched for any Steam User reports concerning problems with the library file, "fmod.dll" but to no avail (See here).
In addition, I searched Reddit for any user reports concerning "The procedure entry point SetThread Description could not be located" and this RUNE cracked game but found no relevant results (See here). Also, I had widened the search in general on the 'Net but again, I found no relevant results (See here).
Finally, I've read all of the comments in the comments part of this game's page but found no other members reporting this error.
Based on the general search on the 'Net, it appears that the library file, "fmod.dll" might either be missing from or is corrupted in your machine. Check your machine to see whether the file is missing or if it exists on your machine then it may be corrupted and needs to be replaced.
I downloaded RUNE's Hotfix but not this game. In the patchnotes.txt of the Hotfix, it only says that "This Hotfix will fix the need to apply mods before loading a save game." (See the below screenshot).
Did you download and apply RUNE's Hotfix which is listed on this game's page? If not, then do so (Remember to apply the latest crack in the "RUNE" subfolder found in the parent folder which also contains the subfolder with the Hotfix's installer, after installing the Hotfix) and then try running the game again (Note: If you're trying to play a mod then that could be source of your problem. If this is the case then first uninstall the game, install a "clean" version of the game again and then try running it. If the problem no longer persists then that would confirm that the problem is with the mod and not the game itself - I examined RUNE's .NFO posted on xRel (See here) and noticed that RUNE's release of the game is not marked as being "nuked" which means that there most likely will not be a Crackfix [Not the same as a Hotfix - A Crackfix addresses problems with a crack that makes a game playable while a Hotfix fixes problems with a playable game, not including any mods which are considered as add-ons not created by the game's dev] to be released by RUNE or a "Proper" version of this game that will be released by another Scene group - There is a GOG version of this game (See here) for which you can try to post an "Upload Request" in the Game Request section (IGG-Games.com [Admin] might or might not approve it at his discretion - Again, you're the only member so far who has reported this problem). If the problem is with the mod then you'll need to consult with the creator of the mod about resolving your problem).
If after applying the Hotfix and running the game, the problem still persists then you can try to search your machine to see whether fmod.dll is indeed missing or is corrupted. You can find multiple versions of it here for download. Copy or move the fmod.dll, if applicable, that's in the installed game's folder into a separate location for backup purposes and then download and move the fmod.dll into the proper location (Note: Try starting with the latest available version that's on "DLL-FILES.COM". If it doesn't resolve your problem then try again with the next available version until the problem is possibly resolved. According to CODEX's .NFO file posted on xRel (See here), you're supposed extract the contents of the WinRAR archive for Update v1.06 into a separate folder, run the installer ["setup.exe"] for Update v1.06 and then "apply" (Copy over into the installed game's folder, overwriting any files when asked) the cracked content [File(s)] inside the separate "CODEX", "crack" or "fix" folder.

FYI, for your future reference - All of the listed mirror links within a given game page lead to identical copies (WinRAR archive file) of the given game. It doesn't matter from which mirrored, third party file hoster you choose to download. The same, exact content is packed within each Part [WinRAR archive file] that has been uploaded to a given, third party file hoster as that found on any of the other third party file hosters. This practice applies to any given game.

I checked xRel and there are no available cracked updates that were released by any Scene or P2P (Peer to Peer) group after the main game's release (See here). On July 22, 2023, Darksiders later released a trainer along with the same initial cracked build from Oct, 5, 2018 without any further updates (See here).
Just because an official update for a game was released in Steam or any other retailer, does not necessarily mean that a cracked version of the game update is also readily available in the Scene or P2P (Peer to Peer). Someone or some group still has to crack the game update in order for it to be made available in the Scene or P2P. It takes time to crack games or game updates (For a better understanding of how the Scene works and how a game gets released, see here).
Unfortunately, you would need to wait for a cracked update to be released or buy the game if you wish to play with the latest updated version.

Instead of trying to run this game [by default] using DirectX 12, you can try to force this game to run using either DirectX11 (Note: According to the minimum requirements in this game's Steam page (See here), a graphics card which supports at least Direct X12 is required, so this Direct X11 parameter option might not work but it's still worth a try if your graphics card supports DirectX 11) or without any specified parameter as the error message you have encountered has noted, via the shortcut for this game.
If no shortcut exists for the cracked game's executable then create a shortcut to this game's cracked executable (In Windows Explorer, navigate to the cracked executable, right click on it and select "Create shortcut" in the Shortcut menu), right click on the shortcut and select "Properties" in the Shortcut menu. Hi when attempting to run the lone echo 2 torrent after doing all the moving the crack folder etc it says failed to initialise oculus vr session. Hello sir, since the change of the megaup download prompt from using Megaup directly to using a brach megadl.boats, i who have been using idm in downloading most of my files have received problems. while Megaup is fine, megadl.boats is flagged as a dangerous url by my AV(kaspersky). even after excluding the links from being watched or making idm purely as a trusted app. the peer2peer server that idm work on will get cutoff by my AV. Is there anyway to fix this? (This apply to all games).
Whenever I click on the link for any listed Part [WinRar archive file] for "Rentlord", the latest listed game on this site's homepage at the time of this writing, URLBlueMedia.Shop properly redirects my Firefox browser to MegaUp.Net's main page for the file. When I add the link into JDownloader 2, MegaUp.Net appears fine.
This site currently only utilizes the official, third party file hosters Megaup.net, Mega.nz, 1Fichier, GoFile, MixDrop, Rapidgator, Bowfile, SendCM and ClicknUpload for storing uploads of any Parts [WinRar archive files] of any games which are listed on this site.
"Megadl.boats" is not among any of those sites. It is most likely a malicious site which is redirected to possibly by some malware that has infected your machine.
Try downloading the latest updates for your Anti-Virus application [AV] and anti-malware application (eg. - Free edition of Malwarebytes Anti-malware (See here), SuperAntiSpyware (See here) or ... etc. [Note: Do not use a cracked version of those applications as they too can have malware or code that downloads further malware into your machine without your knowledge]) and then perform a complete scan and repair using your [AV] and anti-malware applications.
Afterwards, try to connect to MegaUp.Net or any of the other above, previously listed third party file hosters again.

really? here is the example when i try to download from megaup host file. look at the bottom left for the redirect url. I dont think my IDM has a problem. Also when i turned off my AV i can download them just fine and after scanning, i didnt recieve any malware downloaded. So is it just my device that have a megadl.boats redirect? do you know how to remove it?

I was able to visit the MegaUp.Net page for "Rentlord" and initiate a download without the download being re-routed to "Megadl.boats" (Please see the below, first screenshot).
What I can see from your screenshot is that on your machine, the MegaUp.Net download (Not the main) page for the WinRAR archive file is not displaying any ads, unlike the MegaUp.Net download page on my machine which is full of ads. No ad blocker extension is being is used in my browser and I do not have any standalone, third party ad blocker application installed on my machine. Also, I don't use a VPN.
It is possible that MegaUp.net is detecting an ad blocker being used on your machine and is intentionally re-routing your download requests to "Megadl.boats" (See "traffic management" in item "3." here or in the below, second screenshot) which may possibly be the source for all the corrupted downloads which you are experiencing from MegaUp.Net. Essentially, your downloads are supposedly getting corrupted [whether intentionally or unintentionally is unknown as this site is not privy to or has any control over whatever is done on MegaUp.Net] possibly since you refuse to allow MegUp.Net's ads to be displayed, depriving them of their ad revenue while proceeding through their pre-programmed course of operation, in order to initiate any download.
If you're using a standalone, third party, ad blocker application with your machine (Or one that is built-into a VPN's client application, if applicable) while visiting MegaUp.Net via your browser or IDM which does not have any ad blocker built-into it, as opposed to an ad blocker extension that was added onto your browser then that may also explain why IDM is also getting corrupt downloads from MegaUp.Net via the re-routed "Megadl.boats".
If the former is so then try disabling your standalone, third party, ad blocker application (Again, if you use a VPN, it is probably built-into the VPN client application. Check your VPN's support site on how to disable their provided adblocker). Afterwards, try visiting MegaUp.Net via your browser and then try to download the WinRAR archive file again. If the download is successful ([Not corrupted] whether or not it is re-routed to "Megadl.boats") then try downloading the same file again via IDM and note the results (Whether successful or not and whether or not your browser download request is re-routed to "Megadl.boats").
Please let us know about the results in both test cases (Via your browser and via IDM).

Addendum: You should never disable your Anti-Virus application whenever connected to the 'Net. That practice would leave your machine vulnerable to infection by viruses or malware from infected sites or infected third party ads on sites. However, disabling an ad blocker is acceptable in certain cases as some sites or parts of some sites may not function properly or be accessed at all if you visit them while your ad blocker is enabled (See here).
Im sorry for the late response, i was busy trying to catchup to my other task deadlines. thank you for your help. ive tried various advice that you have given me. and no, im not using any VPN and my adblocker are all from extensions. ive tried turning them off but the outcome havent changed at all. It still redirected me to megadl.boats. I thought my IDM was the problem so i tried using Jdownloader as per suggested but still the connection got cut off and the progress bar didnt increase. Funny thing is for some reason, if i just downloaded the file as it is without using any third party downloader (idm or Jdownloader), my AV doesnt flag it as a malicious file and it downloads just fine. So should i just ditch my idm when downloading from Megaup? how do you think?
If you're only using ad blockers that are only browser extensions then that should not really result in IDM downloading from the re-routed "Megadl.boats" server but rather directly from MegaUp.Net's usual servers as IDM does not have any ad blocker built into it (See here or the below screenshot). IMHO, you should not use the IDM browser add-on to catch download links and instead copy into a text file and then paste into the IDM application itself, the download links (See the second paragraph in the below screenshot - I don't know whether there is a "Cause and Effect" relationship occurring due to the interaction between IDM via its browser add-on and your ad blocker browser extensions which are causing IDM to also download files from the re-routed "Megadl.boats" server). 🤔
It is possible that the ad blocker extensions which you are using are still somehow enabled even if you disable them. Some of those browser built-in ad blockers as well as some add-on ones might not be as easily disabled by a user (eg. - The ad blocker built into the Brave browser is designed not to be so easily disabled by a user. See here).
Ultimately, the decision whether to stop using IDM is up to you since it's your downloads which are affected one way or the other.
IMHO, your problem really is how not to get re-routed to the "Megadl.boats" server whenever you try to download from MegaUp.Net which you had wrote in your original post, was resulting in corrupted downloads (Note: You could possibly try to use any available mirror link from any mirrored, third party file hoster other than MegaUp.Net in order to avoid being re-routed to the "Megadl.boats" server. Of course when the MegaUp.Net mirror link is the only one that's still up/working/alive then your options are limited).
There's one more option available which you can try to hopefully avoid being re-routed to "Megadl.boats" - For testing purposes, try using another browser like the "bare bones" browser known as Chromium, the base class, open source version of that family of browsers to which Chrome, Edge and Opera all belong (All of the other members of that family each add their own custom code to a copy [instance] of Chromium to make themselves distinct from the others [Each instance of Chrome, Edge or Opera belong to each of those respective child classes of the base class]).
Chromium builds only come in portable versions (There are no install versions available [No installation is required!]). You can download Chromium here (Click on the link under "Easy Point and Click for latest build:". You will be redirected to a new page. On the new page, click on the "downloadchromium" [one word] link). After downloading Chromium and extracting the contents of the downloaded .Zip archive into any folder, run Chromium.
Afterwards, just go online via Chromium and then try to visit MegaUp.Net to proceed with a download of a file (It can be the same "Rentlord" game since it's so small in size which would be perfect for this test). Do not install any third party browser add-ons like the Adblock Plus or UBlock adblocker! AFAIK, Chromium does not come with any built-in adblockers (Chrome, Edge and Opera each add their own adblockers). Try the test first with your AV disabled and then try it again with your AV enabled.
Please let us all know how about the results from both test runs.

If you would only perform the test with the 2 trial runs as I had previously described using Chromium, the problem might be resolved.
Ultimately, you want to avoid being re-routed to the "Megadl.boats" server and be able to have your AV's real-time protection enabled simultaneously. Again, it's not advisable to disable your AV whenever you're online as it leaves your machine vulnerable to attacks from viruses and malware. As far as IDM is concerned, you could try disabling or if need be, uninstalling its browser add-on so that your ad blocker browser extensions won't be able to interact with it and inadvertently, possibly cause MegaUp.net to think that there is an ad blocker being used with IDM and subsequently re-route your requests to "Megadl.boats" for download via IDM. You would just need to "Copy & Paste" the direct download links into IDM whenever attempting to download any files from MegaUp.Net.
You can just click on and follow any of the available mirror links that are listed on the game page for "Rentlord" or any given game in order to obtain each respective, mirrored direct download link. I'm not allowed to reveal any of those direct download links on the third party file hosters as you, just as any other member, would need to go through the link gathering process with the "UrlBlueMedia.Shop" ad server that this site uses (The revenue from the displayed ads help to contribute towards meeting this site's monthly operating costs). Like the old saying goes, "There are no real shortcuts in life".

If the problem persists then right click on the shortcut and select "Properties" in the Shortcut menu. The "Shortcut Properties" window will appear. In that window, in the "Target:" textbox, type the name of the game's cracked executable followed by the parameter " -DX11". [Leave a space in between the called executable's name and the parameter]). Afterwards, click on the "Apply" button to save the change and then click on the "OK" button to close the window. Finally, try running the game again to see whether the problem still persists.

Also like the admins on eBay, or a private BBS forum, the Discord admins can monitor the activity in your private server since it's on Discord's system. So, if you think that since your server is truly "private", Discord won't know what you're doing on their own system then you might be in for a very rude awakening! "Private" means that the membership on your server is limited to private invitation only and not to the general public. It doesn't mean that whatever your members do or say is kept private from the Discord admins!
On any privately owned site, although it's not done here AFAIK, the staff has complete access to all of your DM/PM messages, can technically read them and take action against you. If you've ever used eBay then you already know that they always post warnings in the eBay messaging system whenever a private offer is pending between a buyer and a seller, not to make any deals with the other member for the sale of any item outside of eBay and that eBay's staff always monitors communications between members for any such violations - The same concept holds true with Discord or any other privately owned site. If you truly believe that you can "Beat the system" since your Discord server is "Private" then "More power to you".
Again, one last thing - Even if all that I've tried to warn you about doesn't possibly occur, there's also the possibility that IGG-Games.com [Admin] will simply disable the further functionality that's sending out the RSS feeds for the safety of this site in the near future, so all of your efforts might still be for nothing! If you still want to make use of the RSS feeds, you might be able to do so but in a different way than you had originally intended.
Just post a link to the feeds in your Discord server (Just like you did in your previous reply comment above) and then instruct your friends use a RSS feeds reader on each of their own machines in order to see the latest releases from IGG-Games.com (Note: It's best to consult with the Discord admins beforehand about the "legality" of doing so. Technically, the information from the feeds is not going to be posted directly on Discord itself via your Discord server - The link will be just a reference to the actual feeds which your friends can then use to view the feeds using a separate application [RSS feed reader/news aggregator] on each of their own machines - I'm not a lawyer but IMHO, it may be viewed as a "grey area" of item number "24." in Discord's Guidelines - That's why it's best to ask the Discord admins first) OR you can try to paste the link on Pixeldrain (See what IGG-Games.com [Admin] did with a magnet link on Pixeldrain here) and then post your PixelDrain link [to the RSS feeds] into your Discord server).
Better yet, you can just email the link to your friends for their own use and definitely avoid any possible problems with the Discord admins.

It seems you already know how to add links to your posts, but I feel some clarifications may be useful to you, and others who may find this thread.
1 - The idea of linking to previous requests came from the Admin himself. I started doing it when he asked me to.
2 - The rule on "only one game per request" is not being broken because the links just show those requests were already made in the past - in different days - therefore they are just there to help the Admin find them, not to request more games than what the rules allow.
3 - Also note that the rules say "one request per DAY", not "per 24h". The 24h bit is a personal translation some people automatically make due to the full length of said "day", which carries some logic, but I've talked with the Admin about this too, and he made it clear that what matters most is the calendar day - if you're off by a bit, no sensible person will be a nazi about it.
Of course, don't go overboard... If only 12h have gone by, you're pushing the rule beyond what can be considered reasonable.
As a rule of thumb, if you have doubts about something on IGG-Games, and the reply of a "Helper" (like me) seems dubious, don't be shy to contact the moderators directly - most are pretty happy to help.
Bottom-line is this, the rules exist to make things smoother and easier for everyone involved, not to be a dictatorship or to boss people around. Some polite conversation with moderators and the Admin can go a long way.

All i care about is to make job easier for helpers, mods and the admin. The question is, are requests with linked previous requests any more prioritized? i doubt that (though i could be wrong). Let's start with that i don't really know that much about and how exactly IGG works, i assume that the site admin from time to time goes trough the requests himself (as he often responds) but what's the diffrence if someone posted it 1 or 4 days in a row (of course it shows that someone was waiting more, but i think that being a user of such site means that sometimes you'll need to wait, and it's better if you do so rather than spam in game comments "when will you update")

As for your two questions:
1 - There's no priority, no. The Admin starts from the top (newer) to bottom (older), and eventually gets to everyone. Linking to older requests just makes things cleaner, easier, tidier - and sometimes cheaper.
For example, if you see a bundle with two games you wish to request, linking both requests (for instance, "yesterday" and "today"), and making a note that they're on sale in a bundle, is a great help for the Admin because he has to go through dozens of games, and just doesn't have the time to research and double-check everything.
2 - You can DM a moderator, yes. Don't spam them, of course, but one question here or there is not a problem. From my experience, they are all friendly.
You can send e-mails to the Admin too, although that's more for donating games and reporting problems with the website itself. I suggest using it sparingly.
I've read it, i didn't thought about that in such way, i mean it makes sense, maybe it doesn't feel like 'cheating' to me, but if that's the case, i'll refrain from doing that, i can wait :D. Again thanks for Your work as a Helper!

I think the site's magnet links may be broken, anytime I clicked on them before, it'd drop into qbittorrent but now it doesn't do anything. Even if I hit the "download torrent" button, it doesn't do anything. If I copy the link, I can paste it into qbittorrent just fine. I thought it was on my end but I tested magnet links on FitGirl and on DODI and both are working fine. Anyone else noticing this?

Strange, when I click the DL link of a game's page and it links over to the countdown page and then switches over to the magnet link page it used to automatically load the torrent to qbittorrent but now nothing loads. The links work fine when adding them the way you show in the screenshot, I just didn't know if anyone else had noticed them not automatically loading in like I was. Would it be a permission I have to give to the page from Chrome? I don't think I've changed anything lately but maybe something changed with an update or something.
Just recent torrents i added more trackers to speed up download/upload, maybe qbittorrent limits tracker size. I will try to edit the tracker list tomorrow, so maybe the new games will work again. I might need your help to test it then, thanks in advance

After you mentioning it may just be recent torrents, and not the page itself, I went back awhile to page 32 and tried using the magnet link for Paranormal Cleanup because I had previously downloaded that game. Yes, it's mainly due to the MPAA being a very strong lobby in Congress for DMCA enforcement that spurs the government, via the FβI, to perform all of that heavy monitoring and prosecuting of offenders (See here).

P2P can be thought of as part of the Scene or at least a partner of the Scene, though some have also seen each as an alternative or competitor to the other) has moviez as well as gamez with the latest moviez probably being more widely shared even faster on P2P [Think of bootleg movie DVDs that are sold on the streets] than the latest gamez [When was the last time you saw a bootleg game DVD? IMHO, they're scarce compared to bootleg movie DVDs.] (Sometimes before they even hit the theaters while they're still in the movie studios' servers prior to being securely transmitted to the theaters over the 'Net [An inside leak?]~! [No studio delivers canned reels of film of a movie via armored cars to theaters anymore. It's all digital delivery nowadays - See here]) which probably scares the shιt out of the MPAA. So, no one can really say that the MPAA is being "over zealous" when billions of dollars could be at stake.
The MPAA is also part the reason why standalone Blu-Ray recorders are not allowed to be sold in the US (See here). There has been a long standing problem with JDownloader 2's plugin for MegaUp.Net which causes that plugin to remain broken since 2021. The source of that problem is with MegaUp's admins who had long ago, changed the relative paths to the actual files stored on their servers and who refuse to cooperate with the JDownloader 2 devs by not sharing the information, essentially blocking the application [That's understandable as the MegaUp admins want people to visit their site instead and click on the third party ads which MegaUp serves] - I know all of this since I have been using [freeware] JDownloader 2 for more than ten years (See the entire thread in the JDownloader 2 forum here).

its downloading at 10mbs (100mbs if you dont do the math) using IDM (a download manager) since its still posted on megaup and working. its likely not to be re-uploaded. the file error could likely be on your end. i highly suggest using a download manager rather IDM, jdownloader 2, free download manager, or neat download manager even XDM. as they wont error out (as much) and can be "restarted" or rebuilt most the time if an error does occur.

"RUNE" releases games as per the "Scene Rulez" which dictate that an .iso [Virtual disc image] file, with a game installer inside of the .iso file, must be included within each game release that is subsequently packaged into a possibly spanned [multi-part] WinRAR archive, by any Scene group. So, yes, you would first need to extract into a storage medium like a hard drive and mount the extracted .iso file using a virtual disc mounting utility like [freeware] "Daemon Tools Lite", run the game's installer and then "apply" (Copy over into the installed game's folder, overwriting any files when asked by Windows) the crack file(s) that defeat the DRM protecting this game in order to make this game playable.
You would need to either free up sufficient freespace on your hard drive or alternatively, extract the .iso file into a USB 3.2 thumb drive (Use a large enough sized thumb drive like a 128GB or 256GB one) to hold the extracted .iso file and to hold the [to be] installed game's files [on the hard drive] (Note: If you don't have a USB 3.2 thumb drive then you could also use a USB 3.1 or at the least a USB 3.0 - Slower than USB 3.0 like a USB 2.0 would not be practical. Im thankfully not on tmobile anymore. it would take me 10 hours or more to download that with tmobile lol.. the fiber internet i have now is on windstream. which dont have the best track record but the price is locked for 2 years at 70 bucks. plus 10 for their modem and router which are separate. i can use my cudy p5 5G router in WAN mode and send their nokia beacon 6 back but i dont know if that will remove that "ten dollar" fee for equipment or not...
this is the first time ive actually used internet (at my home) to download games at these speeds and was shocked at how great it really was. have yet to fire up DUNE, or star citizen (yes, buggy messes) but great games imo. on tmobile they were laggy every 10/20 minutes that made it sometimes unplayable imo. so here's to hoping this lasts and windstream dont get "pissy" bc im a pirate (tmobile never did) as id hit 1.5/2TB of usage a month in downloads and never heard a peep other than ping being increased bc of it...
From my experience in the past dealing with my ISP which is also my cable company, even if you don't rent one of their equipment like an additional cable box (descrambler) or a cable modem router and instead use one that you've bought separately, the company will still find a way with "hidden costs" like an increase in miscellaneous surcharges or the service fees for you having in your package, local broadcast, public access and/or special interest channels like sports channels with live stadium events, in order to more or less try to recoup the $10 difference in savings if you go that way. That's why a lot of people call cable companies "greedy pigs".
You might be experiencing great download speeds now but I hope for your sake that there aren't too many people in your neighborhood who are going to join Windstream as time passes because as more and more people in your area join and start to share the internet traffic in your area, the greater will be the likelihood that you'll be experiencing a slow down in download speeds in the future. After all, it's all a shared, fixed amount of bandwidth within your designated neighborhood. on my drop point there are only 5 people period. and all of them are already on it. i live in the middle of nowhere lol so nobody else will be joining. as for that ten dollar router fee, my cudy p5 does work and its actually faster by around 150mbs on download and around 200mbs faster on upload. this is fiber internet though, so it doesnt really matter how many people join on the network. it wont impact it any. as for "customer service" i have a guy directly at windstream (personal number) that i talk to. hes also a tech to though but he's one of the techs that did the setup for the infrastructure in my area. my neighbors all got the 300mbs fiber plan and they actually get exactly that too..
the only "hidden" fee's so far that ive spotted are the garbage bullshit for "secure internet" and "monitoring/blocking" things where they charge 20 bucks a month after 3 months. which i already have taken off. bc my router does all that and then some. while their nokia beacon 6 is nice... the features inside are all "paywalled" from what i can tell (unlocked atm) but the second that "disconnect" comes through for canceling the security nonsense they have hits.. then most of it will stop. either way though, 5 people is all that will ever be on the drop in front of my house which sets in the middle of a field around a football field away. (since the field is for cattle and hay) trees and shit are around me. so nowhere for anyone else to move. plus we own most the surrounding land anyhow. or at least my family does as it was purchased when i was like 9 years old or so.

With tmobile and "5" 5g antennas on bands N71, B71, B2/B66 i had 50mbs through the day (5/7up no matter time) and 150mbs down at "peak" which was midnight till 4am. it was 60 u.s.d. this 1g fiber is 70.00 u.s.d. but "ten bucks" for their fiber route, and modem since they are not a combined package anymore. my cudy p5 route/modem wont work with it either since their side takes HSSDC ethernet cables and the cudy takes your typical ethernet cable... either way, ill pay the ten dollars more for 5ms ping vs 70/100ms ping (unloaded). loaded ping was 600/1000ms on tmobile...
to "directly" answer your question though, its not cheap. but its not much more out the way in terms of price vs tmo home/small business internet.
Downloaded a game just a bit ago, 50gb give or take... took like 7/8 minutes instead of 8/10 hours... that was something ive never actually seen (my entire time) of pirating. of course uploads as fast but still... good to be back and actually be able to download something without "worry" that ill be limited on speeds or that it takes half the day to download/upload a small file..
I'm lucky if I get my full 10MB/sec [100mbps] unthrottled from a good file hoster (eg. - GoogleDrive, FastUpload.io) in order to download 5.0GB in ~ 7minutes, so ~ 50GB would take me with my fiber optic, cable connection ~70minutes or 1hr 10min, unthrottled (I have the "Triple Play" package [Cable, Internet and VOIP phone] from my cable provider which is also my ISP)~!
For me, the best file hoster currently used on this site, GoFile, lightly throttles the DL speed down to ~2.8GB/sec while 1Ficher and MegUp.Net each throttles it down to ~2.6GB/sec and ~2.5GB/sec respectively, followed last by Mega.Nz at ~2.3GB/sec. Bowfile and ClickNUpload are "Backup or last resort" links for me, throttled moderately at 1.0MB/sec. The remaining file hosters like Rapidgator and Send.cm are practically unusable for me, heavily throttled at 30KB/sec and 15KB/sec respectively and for some reason, I can never initiate any downloads from MixDrop which is not supported by JDownloader 2 - I even tried using DownThemAll! and Firefox's default, internal download manager but MixDrop still won't "cough up" any files (Unlike UptoBox from long ago, MixDrop isn't currently banning any IP addresses in the US - The only thing that I can think of is that my ISP is blocking MixDrop but that shouldn't be as my ISP has no such policy against any file hosters)!
I usually try to download four files concurrently in JDownloader 2 in order to try to get the maximum possible throughput of 10MB/sec from my connection. 😎👍
downloading via megaup on my end with IDM downloads (most) at 100mbs with "30" connections being done at a time. so its the full weight of my speeds... roadcraft is 44gb itll take 6/7 minutes to download atm. (which i am downloading that update) since im still on the base release version lol.. windstream did a great job at getting this setup in my "secluded" area if im honest. although my "real" address shows "i can not get fiber" so i had to do some magic with how i typed my address. sounds strange, but it worked in my favor. and the techs said "that's your drop 200ft in front of you house" so idk why you wouldn get fiber. (which i did) bc they finished it up yesterday and i buried the line to my house prior. if i use jdownloader 2, it doesnt use the full weight of my internet (for IGG downloads) so i stick with IDM when im here. which i mostly am anyways. but, here is a screenshot below of what it looks like atm for roadcraft. lol
these are two separate images (one taken at the start of this convo) and the other just now as soon as i sent the first one. cable isnt available out here for some reason and nothing else exists. most people round here cant even get tmobile internet to be honest. i got lucky by saying "i have a business" and that got my internet with them for a bit. but it was "out" every other week and most usually 50mbs was its top speed most the day. with ping/latency being way to high to watch/stream movies at a solid time.
ill also add letting this run at "max" speed also seems to slow my pc down (just a bit) during downloads. i guess my 5800x is putting in work pushing all those files onto my nvme drives... it was "laggy" opening up my image folder which has never happened. (tried it a few times) it always stayed laggy during download..
I would be "Dancing in the Street" if I was able to get 100.5MB/sec or even 86.6MB/sec at a reasonable monthly price~!!! Again, my top DL speed is ~10MB/sec. Sometimes it jumps a little bit to 11.1MB/sec when there's little to no internet traffic in my neighborhood (Everyone where I live uses the same cable ISP since the company basically has "Cornered the market" [An almost monopoly of my neighborhood]). 😯
I've read before (I think that I told you in one of our DM/PMs) that the cable companies only want to service highly populated, urban areas (eg. - The US East Coast and West Coast) in order to maximize profits. They usually don't want to branch out into the Midwest or the Deep South because those are remote areas (Low population areas) which would offer a minimum amount of customers for their service and the cost to lay down optical fiber in those areas would not be worth a cable company's time and effort (They may only "break even" at best or lose money at worse). See here. Unfortunately, for those cable companies, it just doesn't make for "good business" sense to do so. 🤔

The Unreal engine error, "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" [reading address 0x0000000000001400] is thrown by the game engine whenever a memory management problem occurs. The game is attempting to access an address in memory which for one reason or another, isn't accessible or doesn't exist (See here or the below screenshot).
Does your machine have the minimum required 8GB of RAM and 2GB of VRAM (Allocated from shared system memory since you're using the "Intel Graphics 530" integrated graphics) for a total minimum of 10GB of RAM (See this game's Steam page here) required to successfully run this game?
If not then you either need to increase your system RAM to at least 12GB (3 x 4GB DRAM OR 1 x 8GB and 1 x 4GB DRAM) OR continue with the 8GB of RAM and get a discrete [separate] graphics card with at least 2GB of VRAM.
If your machine currently has 12GB or more of RAM then try to ensure that the latest graphics driver for your graphics card or integrated graphics (Visit the official nVidia site here or the official AMD site here), the latest version of the Microsoft Visual C++ runtime (See here. Scroll down to where it says "Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022" and then click on the appropriate download link for your version of Windows), the latest Microsoft .Net frameworks (See here) and the latest version of Microsoft DirectX (For DirectX 11 and below, see here. For DirectX 12, see here), are installed on your machine. Once the latest drivers are installed, reboot your machine.
Afterwards, try running the game again (Right-click the cracked game's executable file and choose "Run as administrator") to see if the problem persists.
If the problem still persists then try the other possible, not so common solutions detailed in the previously linked page which might or might not apply in your case like disabling any [CPU] overclocking software, uninstalling and reinstalling your audio drivers, deleting the Unreal Engine's cache folders, ... etc.

Technically, 10GB would be the minimum amount of RAM that your machine would need (Please see where I wrote "Does your machine have the minimum required 8GB of RAM and 2GB of VRAM (Allocated from shared system memory ..." in my previous reply message). However, due to the industry standard architecture in which modern computer hardware is manufactured, each DRAM slot [One half of a "Memory bank" of RAM] that is soldered on a modern motherboard within a given modern computer [PC] can support, with 4GB being the minimum supported size for each DRAM inserted into each slot, DRAMs which can each have multiples of 4GB of RAM [1x = 4GB, 2x = 8GB, ... etc] depending upon the generation of CPU that is supported by the given motherboard (Note: Earlier motherboards from ten plus years ago used to support DRAMs as small as 1 or 2GBs each in size).
In the modern ATX standard motherboard, there usually are four empty RAM slots [2 memory banks], so you can have at least 4GB, 8GB, 12GB, ... up to 32GB (4 x @8GB for each DRAM stick) of RAM in total (There is no configuration of "10GB of RAM" which is supported by any modern motherboard, since the modern ones no longer support 1 or 2 GB [DRAM] sticks of memory (See here or the below screenshot). Thus, the closest you can have in order to meet the required 10GB of memory actually required by this game is 12GB (8GB of RAM for the game and an additional 2GB allocated for the integrated graphics = 10GB RAM required). Also, when you have 8GB (2x @4GB or 1x @8GB) installed in your computer, you really only have 6GB available for the game and 2GB [2048KB] of "Shared memory" at most to allocate for use by your "Intel Graphics 530" integrated graphics that is built-into the motherboard of your computer (Note: The "6GB" of RAM raw figure is ignoring the fact that there is memory that Windows and any other applications that you may be simultaneously running on your machine like an AntiVirus [AV] would be using. In actuality, you wouldn't even have 6GB available for use by this game as long as you're using 2GB [2048KB] or even 1GB [1024KB] allocated to "Shared memory" for the integrated graphics). 😐
No, you shouldn't need to download the Unreal Engine. The game is supposed to have a runtime version of the Unreal Engine already built into it. You should have the UE if you're looking to develop games instead of just playing them. 😉

Yes, in order to successfully run this game, you need 2GB of VRAM at minimum whether it comes from the "Shared memory" which you allocate from the available 8GB [Again, this is a raw figure. The actual figure would be more towards 12GB - In other words, you would need to physically install one additional 4GB stick of DRAM into your machine to increase the available amount of memory] to the "Intel Graphics 530" integrated graphics that's built onboard the motherboard of your computer or purchase a discrete (separate) graphics card that has at least 2GB of VRAM (Check on eBay for a used graphics card). With the second option, you would still probably need to add one additional stick of 4GB DRAM since the other applications running on your machine like your [AV] would still use some of the 8GB that is already installed on your computer's motherboard.

According to the torrent page for this game (See here), this game is a P2P (Peer to Peer) release by an unknown/unspecified P2P cracker or P2P group.

In the requirements section of this game's Steam page (See here), it says "Users of HD era AMD GPUs MUST install the AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition Beta as AMD no longer provides up to date drivers for these cards through normal channels."
If you have and are still using an AMD Radeon HD 5000 series or later graphics card then you can try downloading the AMD Radeon Crimson Edition Beta drivers from AMD here, installing those legacy, beta drivers and then rebooting your machine. Afterwards, try running the game again to see whether the problem persists.

The Crew 2 has not been cracked, as it is an MMO and probably requires an internet connection or a server to play it. What you downloaded is the "FULL UNLOCKED" version, which means that it is just the game files, without the crack.

I searched this game's Steam Discussions pages and found Steam user reports about this problem (See here). It appears to be a bug with the retail version of the game which the dev needs to address.
If you're using DirectX 12 with your installation of Windows, you can try forcing this game to use Direct X11 instead of DirectX12 and then run the game again to see whether the problem persists (See the fifth post in the linked page made by Steam user "Sad'(" ).
If no shortcut exists for the cracked game's executable, create a shortcut to this game's cracked executable, right click on the shortcut and select "Properties" in the Shortcut menu. I noticed roosevelt2362's announcement in the comments part of this game's page concerning "The latest 2013 version" but further noticed that it's actually for the first game, instead of this third game in the reboot series (See here).
I also checked SrrDB and found that this DinoBytes release of version v1.0.87.0 on 04/11/2024 is the latest available release of this game (See here).
In addition, I checked the GOG store but this game is still on the GOG "Dreamlist", so it's unknown whether this title will be released on GOG, DRM-free, anytime soon with the possible, future fix included (See here). You could visit that GOG page and add your vote for this game's release. Like the old saying goes, "Every vote counts". Perhaps GOG will learn of this problem [IMHO, most likely they will] and insist that Eidos address this bug before GOG and Eidos come to some arrangement for this game's release on GOG (The GOG Preservation Program strives to be thorough for game archival purposes - See here). You never know. Like another old saying goes, "Good things are worth the wait."

Hi admins and helpers, the game "warfare legacy collection" launches then freezes indefinitely, there is a comment under the game post with the same issue saying:- "Whenever I try to launch the game, it shows the first few logos and then freezes. In Task Manager, the game keeps switching between “Suspended” and “Not Responding,” or it shows a green leaf icon (I’m not sure what that means).
I’ve tried running it as administrator, using compatibility mode (Windows 7 and 8), allowing it through my firewall, and reinstalling it—but nothing works.
The Steam retail DRM-free demo is not the same as the cracked, full version game which has the DRM that was protecting the full, retail version game, defeated. I'm not a cracker but the cracked game's executable is not the same as the original, untouched, DRM protected game executable. So any comparisons between the demo version and the cracked version in terms of functionality would be pointless.
Try installing all that Silvexx had suggested and then try running the game again to see whether the problem persists. As he has already attested, this game works fine, so there must be something with the configuration of your machine that is preventing this game from successfully launching.
If the problem still persists then one other option is to either try to install and run this game on another computer or to set up a Windows 7 virtual machine [VM] on your computer, install and then try to run this game within the Windows 7 VM (Has a full screen mode) to see whether it runs on your computer. You can try downloading and installing a Virtual Machine [VM] like freeware "Virtualbox" (Download here), install Windows 7 inside a virtual drive [A file on your machine] mounted in the VM, copy all of the parts of the spanned [multi-part] WinRAR archive for the game into the mounted virtual drive and then extract (You'll also need to install WinRAR in the virtual drive beforehand) the game inside the virtual drive to see if the game runs under Windows 7 which it should without any of the problems you encountered (See here for instructions on how to mount a virtual drive - There's also a screenshot that shows a "Create new disk" button which you'll need to click once for creating an empty virtual drive before you install Windows 7 (Note: If you don't have an old Windows 7 installation CD then you can legally download a genuine Windows 7 iso (See the article here that has direct download links for the .iso) but you'll still need a genuine Windows 7 CD key - "Google is your friend", if you don't have a Windows 7 CD key or you can try using the good ole', famous "DAZ Loader" KMS [Key Management System] utility which basically fools the MS DRM into thinking that the Windows installation copy is genuine (It uses a generated, OEM CD key). "GetIntoPC" (See here) doesn't have it so, I found a site that has the last known, latest "DAZ Loader" version v2.2.2 for download (See here). If you don't feel comfortable using that site then you can try to find another site that has the "DAZ Loader" for download). Also, see here for instructions on how to transfer files between a VirtualBox VM's virtual drive and a host [Your real] computer's hard drive))!
I don't know your level of expertise with using VMs but if you follow the instructions in everything to which I've linked, you should easily be able to set up a Windows 7 VM on your Windows 8, 8.1, 10 or 11(?) machine and run this game in all of its original glory inside the Windows 7 VM in fullscreen (See here on how to set VirtualBox to fullscreen mode), since this old game was built for a minimum of Windows 7. There would be no need to use Windows 7 Compatibility mode or try any available(?) unorthodox workarounds to try to get this game to work without the error(s) that you've encountered under your main computer's installation of Windows.

What this error message means (Technically speaking): Judging from the syntax of the error message as a former OOP programmer (Though not a JavaScript one), this game's code is having a problem reconciling the datatype of the greenworksCore object's "on" object - A call for a function was expected by one part of the code as a paramter to another function but instead, an object [datatype, specifically the "on" object] was passed as a parameter by another part of the code (The part with the "greenworksCore" object - See here for more details).
I searched this game's Steam Discussions pages for any Steam user reports about a "TypeError" but found none (See here). I then broadened the search for any reports of any error but also found none (See here).
I then searched Reddit for any Reddit user reports about a "TypeError" but found none (See here). I also performed a general search on the 'Net using the same criteria but could not find any relevant results (See here).
I can see in the comments part of this game's page that no members have posted any comments, thus it is difficult to tell whether the problem is isolated to just the configuration of your machine or for everybody's machine.
It is likely that this pre-cracked P2P game release is "nuked".

I've dealt with a few unarc.dll error codes before in this FAQ page like -6 ... "Archive data corrupted (Decompression fails)" which is caused by the lack of enough free hard drive space to support the extraction of big (Tens of GBs or larger), compressed files packed inside even bigger archive files and -14 ... "Archive header is corrupt" which is caused by corruption within a compressed file itself but this is the first time that I've seen a -11 ... "Unable to write data to the disk."
From what I could find on the 'Net suggested in common at three different sites as possible fixes for this error code -11 (Sources are on Reddit, Google and Geek Vibes Nation), try adjusting your Windows power plan and the number of cores devoted to the task of installing this game - See Reddit user "RevolutionaryMeat397"'s post in the linked Reddit page, the second point in the linked Google page and "Fix 4:" in the linked "Geek Vibes Nation" page for details on how to proceed. That solution is what all three pages unanimously recommend as a possible fix.
Also try increasing the size of your Windows virtual memory as both Google and "Geek Vibes Nation" both recommend (See the first point in the linked Google page and "Fix 6:" in the linked "Geek Vibes Nation" page for details on how to proceed.
Once you're done making the adjustments, reboot your machine and then try to install the game again! Note: I copied and pasted the results as returned from the Google AI server in my location. The results that you may see returned from the Google AI server in your location may be different even though you may click and follow the Google link that I've provided. That's a problem with the current Google AI technology - The databases for all of its various servers at different locations around the World are not centralized within a giant WAN, so the returned "results may vary". If your results are dramatically different from what I see then just go by the above screenshot instead.
Thank you for the detailed response. I decided to try the simplest fix first and it worked. It was to simply install on a different hard drive. It's a shame too because the hard drive that I originally tried to install to is my drive with the most space available. I hope it doesn't happen with other games. Anyway thank you for your help!

I understand that you say that games might trigger false positives but the thing is I have been using IGG to download games for years and I never got a flag for viruses or trojans.
Not until I downloaded the hack for the game Car Dealer Simulator by Skidrow (I think that's the person who hacked it.)
I want to trust but that's the literal first time I've seen one made by them and I am gonna play on the side of caution.
Can someone please investigate if it's clean and/or reupload?

"Skidrow" is the name of an established WarezScene release group. To paraphrase what a wise man once said, "The method used to crack games is similar to those [that] used to create malware." which explains why your AntiVirus [AV] application incorrectly detects the cracked game files as having a virus. The phenomenon is known as detecting a "False Positive" (BTW - In case you're wondering, the "wise man" whom I wrote about is also the same one who often replies "We will have that game here tomorrow." in the Game Request section).
Unlike an actual virus or other kind of malware, a crack that is used to make a game playable is not harmful to your computer.
From that point forward, it all comes down to a matter of trust. If you trust that the crack is safe for you to use on your computer without harming it then proceed to use it to play the given game. Otherwise, delete the file(s) for the crack and/or pre-cracked game and then either buy the retail version of the game or wait, for some unknown amount of time in the future, for someone or some group to hopefully crack and release the game onto P2P (Peer to Peer) (Note: The latter, future scenario also does not guarantee that your AV will not detect another "False Positive". Only the former, future scenario would ensure it but at a monetary cost).

In the RUNE installer, you need to navigate to the virtual drive which has the mounted .iso file where the "autorun.inf" file is located (See the right pane in Windows Explorer in the left part of your first screenshot). Afterwards, select the "setup-1.bin" file and then click on the "OK" button in order to proceed.
A link to this games page may help get whatever issue you face resolved a bit faster... Usually if steam pop's up, you failed to apply the crack or "copy" it over accordingly. DLC's will vary depending on how they are implemented into the ISO or archive. So they could be all there and you just not know it. Only way to know for sure is to get the game working correctly. Updates come in order from "top-bottom". so, that's the order you install an update in. if you missed an update and that game in question has been "re-uploaded" with a different patch version, it will require a full re-download then if any patches are present, you download/extract/install from top/bottom in order. I cant say if this game has had this type of re-upload and i didnt check this games page (since you didn include a link). but this is the "general" gist of how updates go. Usually a full "re-upload" comes when an update is massive (half the games size or close to it). So, if any updates like that have happened its a safe bet you should re-download then update accordingly.

As silvexx mentioned, just backup the save folder. Sometimes save data will "appear missing" or "not load" after an update depending on if a different crack is used and that crack says to save somewhere else, or a few other small factors but typically that issue doesnt happen.
before removing the version you have now (assuming it works) just download the new version, install/update (after installing) and check and see if the save data loads in. if it does, remove your old version just by using the un-installer. this shouldn remove any save data unless the un-installer asks "do you wish to remove ALL data" hit NO if it does indeed ask that question.
The save file may be located in Users\your-username\AppData\Local or LocalLow, named after the game or developer/publisher. Uninstalling the game will not delete the save file unless a message box appears asking whether or not to keep the save file and you select "Yes". If the AppData folder does not appear, enable hidden items in File Explorer.
Save data depends on the crack used, can also be in roaming for some reason. For this title (from what i could find on this games page) its AppData\Local\BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment\Tales of Arise\Saved\SaveGames

I downloaded the WinRAR archive for this game and ran the game's installer - This release is the GOG version.
I set the compatibility mode of this game's installer to Windows XP (Service Pack 3) and ran the installer as an administrator and was able to successfully install this game (See the below screenshots).
At first, the installer appeared to hang after "installing" (Copying actually) about only 134MB on my hard drive (See the third screenshot) but after about five minutes of unpacking the 134MB worth of copied files on my hard drive, it continued processing until it successfully installed the game~! I'm guessing that the 134MB worth of copied files were very highly compressed which would explain why it took the amount of time required to unpack [extract] them into a temporary directory [folder] for further processing, creating the illusion that the installer hanged. Like the old saying goes, "Patience is a virtue."

Do you mean you attempted to update the game via Steam? If so, the retail [Steam] version of game updates will not work with cracked games like those listed on this site. Only cracked game updates will work with cracked games as even game updates can be protected with DRM. As a result of what you have already witnessed first hand, you would need to use cracked updates for the "Spider-Man 2" game to which you are referring in order to update that game. 😐❓

Each update [Set of files] needs to be "applied" [Copied over and any files overwritten whenever necessary] to the installed game's folder [Directory] in order for this game to be successfully updated to the latest version available (Note: The currently listed updates work with the currently listed version of the base game in this game's page. They are not meant to work on any previously listed version of the base game. Ensure that you have downloaded the currently listed version of the base game in this game's page. According to this game's torrent page (See here), this game is a Scene release from the Scene group known as "RUNE".
I searched Reddit for any user reports of "Unable to start: The contents of your user data directory were created by a newer version of The Sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update your game via Origin to play." and was able to find a Reddit "Cracked Games Support" expert's solution for this problem (Please see Reddit User "anadius1"'s "The Sims 4 Troubleshooting Guide" here).
According to Reddit User "anadius1", try deleting the "..\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" folder in your system drive (eg. - "C:"). You will lose all save games and any added on third party mods (Not DLCs) in the process but the game will be playable again along with any new save games that you create and most likely any compatible [with this version of the game], third party mods that you subsequently add on.

According to my friend, "Dazed.N.Confused", the Czech language is supported by the official, retail version of this game (See here).
However, you would need to find on your own, if you are resourceful, or request via an "Upload Request" in the Game Request section, a separate Czech language pack and the RUNE language changer as this RUNE release of the cracked game only supports English, based on what I can see in "Daz's" further, posted comments from long ago [I could be wrong as things may have been updated since that posted comment. Look at the screenshot in his posted comment] (See here). Also see here - There is a possibility the RUNE cracked version of the game doesn't support Czech even though the official, retail version does so. IF a Czech language pack exists then the RUNE language changer should be able to switch the game's language from English to Czech.
IMHO, just post an "Upload request" [comment] in the Game Request section, explain in your comment that you would like the Czech language pack and the RUNE language changer uploaded and then see what IGG-Games.com [Admin] says in his reply comment.

There is now a new custom language changer made by Anadius and a language pack that includes support for multiple languages instead of separate language packs for the support of a single language other than English which Homu can download from Anadius's personal site. Homu needs to click on the "Download" link on Anadius's site to be redirected to a MediaFire folder that has the language changer (924KB), the language pack, "TS4_Language_Strings_1.113.291.1020.7z" (242MB) for this version (v1.113.291.1020) of the game (Scroll all the way down in the MediaFire page to see it) and the "Tutorial (idiot proofed).png" instructions on how to install and use everything.
Homu needs to select all three of those necessary files for download. Afterwards, he needs to carefully read Anadius' instructions, unpack the language support files from the 7Zip archive, move them into the proper location and then run Anadius' custom language changer to select the desired language other than English (Hopefully for Homu's sake, it has support for the Czech language).

I've searched this game's Steam Discussion pages for any Steam User reports concerning "The procedure entry point SetThread Description could not be located" but found none (See here). I also searched for any Steam User reports concerning problems with the library file, "fmod.dll" but to no avail (See here).
In addition, I searched Reddit for any user reports concerning "The procedure entry point SetThread Description could not be located" and this RUNE cracked game but found no relevant results (See here). Also, I had widened the search in general on the 'Net but again, I found no relevant results (See here).
Finally, I've read all of the comments in the comments part of this game's page but found no other members reporting this error.
Based on the general search on the 'Net, it appears that the library file, "fmod.dll" might either be missing from or is corrupted in your machine. Check your machine to see whether the file is missing or if it exists on your machine then it may be corrupted and needs to be replaced.
I downloaded RUNE's Hotfix but not this game. In the patchnotes.txt of the Hotfix, it only says that "This Hotfix will fix the need to apply mods before loading a save game." (See the below screenshot).

If not, then do so (Remember to apply the latest crack in the "RUNE" subfolder found in the parent folder which also contains the subfolder with the Hotfix's installer, after installing the Hotfix) and then try running the game again (Note: If you're trying to play a mod then that could be source of your problem. If this is the case then first uninstall the game, install a "clean" version of the game again and then try running it. If the problem no longer persists then that would confirm that the problem is with the mod and not the game itself - I examined RUNE's .NFO posted on xRel (See here) and noticed that RUNE's release of the game is not marked as being "nuked" which means that there most likely will not be a Crackfix [Not the same as a Hotfix - A Crackfix addresses problems with a crack that makes a game playable while a Hotfix fixes problems with a playable game, not including any mods which are considered as add-ons not created by the game's dev] to be released by RUNE or a "Proper" version of this game that will be released by another Scene group - There is a GOG version of this game (See here) for which you can try to post an "Upload Request" in the Game Request section (IGG-Games.com [Admin] might or might not approve it at his discretion - Again, you're the only member so far who has reported this problem). If the problem is with the mod then you'll need to consult with the creator of the mod about resolving your problem).
If after applying the Hotfix and running the game, the problem still persists then you can try to search your machine to see whether fmod.dll is indeed missing or is corrupted. You can find multiple versions of it here for download. Copy or move the fmod.dll, if applicable, that's in the installed game's folder into a separate location for backup purposes and then download and move the fmod.dll into the proper location (Note: Try starting with the latest available version that's on "DLL-FILES.COM". If it doesn't resolve your problem then try again with the next available version until the problem is possibly resolved. Again, if the problem is with the mod then consult with the creator of the mod that you're trying to play). Afterwards, try running this game again.

According to CODEX's .NFO file posted on xRel (See here), you're supposed extract the contents of the WinRAR archive for Update v1.06 into a separate folder, run the installer ["setup.exe"] for Update v1.06 and then "apply" (Copy over into the installed game's folder, overwriting any files when asked) the cracked content [File(s)] inside the separate "CODEX", "crack" or "fix" folder.
Afterwards, try running the updated game.

Specifying the game with a link to its game page helps to avoid confusion in cases where there are multiple game pages on this site which each list different releases of a given, same named game (eg. - A Scene release vs a P2P (Peer to Peer) release OR different major versions of the same named game, all possibly released by the same Scene group - This occurs with older "AAA" games that are listed on this site like "Call of Duty: WWII" - See here).
As you can notice, there are five different releases of "Call of Duty: WWII", each with its own game page. If a link to the game page in question is not provided then there's no way for the helper to know to which exact game release that the member who is asking for assistance with, is referring.

Just because an official update for a game was released in Steam or any other retailer, does not necessarily mean that a cracked version of the game update is also readily available in the Scene or P2P (Peer to Peer). Someone or some group still has to crack the game update in order for it to be made available in the Scene or P2P. It takes time to crack games or game updates (For a better understanding of how the Scene works and how a game gets released, see here).
Unfortunately, you would need to wait for a cracked update to be released or buy the game if you wish to play with the latest updated version.

Instead of trying to run this game [by default] using DirectX 12, you can try to force this game to run using either DirectX11 (Note: According to the minimum requirements in this game's Steam page (See here), a graphics card which supports at least Direct X12 is required, so this Direct X11 parameter option might not work but it's still worth a try if your graphics card supports DirectX 11) or without any specified parameter as the error message you have encountered has noted, via the shortcut for this game.

This site currently only utilizes the official, third party file hosters Megaup.net, Mega.nz, 1Fichier, GoFile, MixDrop, Rapidgator, Bowfile, SendCM and ClicknUpload for storing uploads of any Parts [WinRar archive files] of any games which are listed on this site.
"Megadl.boats" is not among any of those sites. It is most likely a malicious site which is redirected to possibly by some malware that has infected your machine.
Try downloading the latest updates for your Anti-Virus application [AV] and anti-malware application (eg. - Free edition of Malwarebytes Anti-malware (See here), SuperAntiSpyware (See here) or ... etc. [Note: Do not use a cracked version of those applications as they too can have malware or code that downloads further malware into your machine without your knowledge]) and then perform a complete scan and repair using your [AV] and anti-malware applications.
Afterwards, try to connect to MegaUp.Net or any of the other above, previously listed third party file hosters again.

I was able to visit the MegaUp.Net page for "Rentlord" and initiate a download without the download being re-routed to "Megadl.boats" (Please see the below, first screenshot).
What I can see from your screenshot is that on your machine, the MegaUp.Net download (Not the main) page for the WinRAR archive file is not displaying any ads, unlike the MegaUp.Net download page on my machine which is full of ads. No ad blocker extension is being is used in my browser and I do not have any standalone, third party ad blocker application installed on my machine. Also, I don't use a VPN.
It is possible that MegaUp.net is detecting an ad blocker being used on your machine and is intentionally re-routing your download requests to "Megadl.boats" (See "traffic management" in item "3." here or in the below, second screenshot) which may possibly be the source for all the corrupted downloads which you are experiencing from MegaUp.Net. Essentially, your downloads are supposedly getting corrupted [whether intentionally or unintentionally is unknown as this site is not privy to or has any control over whatever is done on MegaUp.Net] possibly since you refuse to allow MegUp.Net's ads to be displayed, depriving them of their ad revenue while proceeding through their pre-programmed course of operation, in order to initiate any download.
If you're using a standalone, third party, ad blocker application with your machine (Or one that is built-into a VPN's client application, if applicable) while visiting MegaUp.Net via your browser or IDM which does not have any ad blocker built-into it, as opposed to an ad blocker extension that was added onto your browser then that may also explain why IDM is also getting corrupt downloads from MegaUp.Net via the re-routed "Megadl.boats".
If the former is so then try disabling your standalone, third party, ad blocker application (Again, if you use a VPN, it is probably built-into the VPN client application. Check your VPN's support site on how to disable their provided adblocker). Afterwards, try visiting MegaUp.Net via your browser and then try to download the WinRAR archive file again. If the download is successful ([Not corrupted] whether or not it is re-routed to "Megadl.boats") then try downloading the same file again via IDM and note the results (Whether successful or not and whether or not your browser download request is re-routed to "Megadl.boats").
Please let us know about the results in both test cases (Via your browser and via IDM).

Addendum:
You should never disable your Anti-Virus application whenever connected to the 'Net. That practice would leave your machine vulnerable to infection by viruses or malware from infected sites or infected third party ads on sites. However, disabling an ad blocker is acceptable in certain cases as some sites or parts of some sites may not function properly or be accessed at all if you visit them while your ad blocker is enabled (See here).
Funny thing is for some reason, if i just downloaded the file as it is without using any third party downloader (idm or Jdownloader), my AV doesnt flag it as a malicious file and it downloads just fine.
So should i just ditch my idm when downloading from Megaup? how do you think?

It is possible that the ad blocker extensions which you are using are still somehow enabled even if you disable them. Some of those browser built-in ad blockers as well as some add-on ones might not be as easily disabled by a user (eg. - The ad blocker built into the Brave browser is designed not to be so easily disabled by a user. See here).
Ultimately, the decision whether to stop using IDM is up to you since it's your downloads which are affected one way or the other.
IMHO, your problem really is how not to get re-routed to the "Megadl.boats" server whenever you try to download from MegaUp.Net which you had wrote in your original post, was resulting in corrupted downloads (Note: You could possibly try to use any available mirror link from any mirrored, third party file hoster other than MegaUp.Net in order to avoid being re-routed to the "Megadl.boats" server. Of course when the MegaUp.Net mirror link is the only one that's still up/working/alive then your options are limited).
There's one more option available which you can try to hopefully avoid being re-routed to "Megadl.boats" - For testing purposes, try using another browser like the "bare bones" browser known as Chromium, the base class, open source version of that family of browsers to which Chrome, Edge and Opera all belong (All of the other members of that family each add their own custom code to a copy [instance] of Chromium to make themselves distinct from the others [Each instance of Chrome, Edge or Opera belong to each of those respective child classes of the base class]).
Chromium builds only come in portable versions (There are no install versions available [No installation is required!]). You can download Chromium here (Click on the link under "Easy Point and Click for latest build:". You will be redirected to a new page. On the new page, click on the "downloadchromium" [one word] link). After downloading Chromium and extracting the contents of the downloaded .Zip archive into any folder, run Chromium.
Afterwards, just go online via Chromium and then try to visit MegaUp.Net to proceed with a download of a file (It can be the same "Rentlord" game since it's so small in size which would be perfect for this test). Do not install any third party browser add-ons like the Adblock Plus or UBlock adblocker! AFAIK, Chromium does not come with any built-in adblockers (Chrome, Edge and Opera each add their own adblockers). Try the test first with your AV disabled and then try it again with your AV enabled.
Please let us all know how about the results from both test runs.

If you would only perform the test with the 2 trial runs as I had previously described using Chromium, the problem might be resolved.
Ultimately, you want to avoid being re-routed to the "Megadl.boats" server and be able to have your AV's real-time protection enabled simultaneously. Again, it's not advisable to disable your AV whenever you're online as it leaves your machine vulnerable to attacks from viruses and malware. As far as IDM is concerned, you could try disabling or if need be, uninstalling its browser add-on so that your ad blocker browser extensions won't be able to interact with it and inadvertently, possibly cause MegaUp.net to think that there is an ad blocker being used with IDM and subsequently re-route your requests to "Megadl.boats" for download via IDM. You would just need to "Copy & Paste" the direct download links into IDM whenever attempting to download any files from MegaUp.Net.
You can just click on and follow any of the available mirror links that are listed on the game page for "Rentlord" or any given game in order to obtain each respective, mirrored direct download link. I'm not allowed to reveal any of those direct download links on the third party file hosters as you, just as any other member, would need to go through the link gathering process with the "UrlBlueMedia.Shop" ad server that this site uses (The revenue from the displayed ads help to contribute towards meeting this site's monthly operating costs). IGG-Games.com [Admin] doesn't support repack games, so currently and for the foreseeable future, there will be no repack games or updates for repack games here (See here for more information). There are many repackers out on the 'Net (AFAIK, it's against the "unwritten" rules of this site to mention their names) and there any too many variables that could possible go wrong with each unique repack game which this site would then be expected, by some members who are not so savvy as to how things work on this site, to support and resolve even though the staff or the "Helpers" here did not "have any hand" in any repack game's creation.
He has decided that it's just not worth the trouble to list such games and that it is best for this site and our community here that this site only list Scene, P2P (Peer to Peer) or DRM-Free (eg. - GOG) releases and any subsequent Scene updaters | patchers as well as occasional IGG-Games' custom updaters | patchers for such games.

There are 3,661 written languages in the World (See here) including Spanish.
If this site were to accommodate the translated display of its text for any one language other than English (i.e. - Spanish) then soon other members here who also do not use English as their first language and who are not native speakers of Spanish (eg. - German, Polish, Chinese, Japanese, ... etc.) would also be making requests for the accommodation of the translated display of this site's text into their particular language as well. It could be a very daunting task for IGG-Games.com [Admin] to try to fulfill all of those requests, given the 3,661 written languages in the World. The same rationale applies in answer to your inquiry concerning the creation of a separate "... folder with Spanish games".
Rather than have this site re-worked to accommodate the translated display of text in many languages, there are freeware and commercial extensions which you can add to your browser for the real time translation of [English] text into your native language (See here [I use this on occasion with my Firefox main browser whenever I visit non-English sites], here and here. There are many other such extensions which you can search for on Google).
Also for website owners, Google Translate (Offers 1:1, word to word, Machine translation but not the AI, more natural language-like translation which DeepL offers) could possibly be added onto this site just as was done on another popular site not affiliated with this one, called "OnlineFix" (See the topmost part of the site here. You might need to set you browser to allow pop-ups. Also like the admins on eBay, or a private BBS forum, the Discord admins can monitor the activity in your private server since it's on Discord's system. So, if you think that since your server is truly "private", Discord won't know what you're doing on their own system then you might be in for a very rude awakening! "Private" means that the membership on your server is limited to private invitation only and not to the general public. It doesn't mean that whatever your members do or say is kept private from the Discord admins!
On any privately owned site, although it's not done here AFAIK, the staff has complete access to all of your DM/PM messages, can technically read them and take action against you. If you've ever used eBay then you already know that they always post warnings in the eBay messaging system whenever a private offer is pending between a buyer and a seller, not to make any deals with the other member for the sale of any item outside of eBay and that eBay's staff always monitors communications between members for any such violations - The same concept holds true with Discord or any other privately owned site. If you truly believe that you can "Beat the system" since your Discord server is "Private" then "More power to you".
Again, one last thing - Even if all that I've tried to warn you about doesn't possibly occur, there's also the possibility that IGG-Games.com [Admin] will simply disable the further functionality that's sending out the RSS feeds for the safety of this site in the near future, so all of your efforts might still be for nothing! Just post a link to the feeds in your Discord server (Just like you did in your previous reply comment above) and then instruct your friends use a RSS feeds reader on each of their own machines in order to see the latest releases from IGG-Games.com (Note: It's best to consult with the Discord admins beforehand about the "legality" of doing so. Technically, the information from the feeds is not going to be posted directly on Discord itself via your Discord server - The link will be just a reference to the actual feeds which your friends can then use to view the feeds using a separate application [RSS feed reader/news aggregator] on each of their own machines - I'm not a lawyer but IMHO, it may be viewed as a "grey area" of item number "24." in Discord's Guidelines - That's why it's best to ask the Discord admins first) OR you can try to paste the link on Pixeldrain (See what IGG-Games.com [Admin] did with a magnet link on Pixeldrain here) and then post your PixelDrain link [to the RSS feeds] into your Discord server).
Better yet, you can just email the link to your friends for their own use and definitely avoid any possible problems with the Discord admins.

1 - The idea of linking to previous requests came from the Admin himself. I started doing it when he asked me to.
2 - The rule on "only one game per request" is not being broken because the links just show those requests were already made in the past - in different days - therefore they are just there to help the Admin find them, not to request more games than what the rules allow.
3 - Also note that the rules say "one request per DAY", not "per 24h". The 24h bit is a personal translation some people automatically make due to the full length of said "day", which carries some logic, but I've talked with the Admin about this too, and he made it clear that what matters most is the calendar day - if you're off by a bit, no sensible person will be a nazi about it.
Of course, don't go overboard... If only 12h have gone by, you're pushing the rule beyond what can be considered reasonable.
As a rule of thumb, if you have doubts about something on IGG-Games, and the reply of a "Helper" (like me) seems dubious, don't be shy to contact the moderators directly - most are pretty happy to help.
Bottom-line is this, the rules exist to make things smoother and easier for everyone involved, not to be a dictatorship or to boss people around. Some polite conversation with moderators and the Admin can go a long way.
All i care about is to make job easier for helpers, mods and the admin. The question is, are requests with linked previous requests any more prioritized? i doubt that (though i could be wrong). Let's start with that i don't really know that much about and how exactly IGG works, i assume that the site admin from time to time goes trough the requests himself (as he often responds) but what's the diffrence if someone posted it 1 or 4 days in a row (of course it shows that someone was waiting more, but i think that being a user of such site means that sometimes you'll need to wait, and it's better if you do so rather than spam in game comments "when will you update")

As for your two questions:
1 - There's no priority, no. The Admin starts from the top (newer) to bottom (older), and eventually gets to everyone. Linking to older requests just makes things cleaner, easier, tidier - and sometimes cheaper.
For example, if you see a bundle with two games you wish to request, linking both requests (for instance, "yesterday" and "today"), and making a note that they're on sale in a bundle, is a great help for the Admin because he has to go through dozens of games, and just doesn't have the time to research and double-check everything.
2 - You can DM a moderator, yes. Don't spam them, of course, but one question here or there is not a problem. From my experience, they are all friendly.
You can send e-mails to the Admin too, although that's more for donating games and reporting problems with the website itself. I suggest using it sparingly.

As you already know, the "Scene" (The term in general actually also includes P2P as well as Direct Downloads. P2P can be thought of as part of the Scene or at least a partner of the Scene, though some have also seen each as an alternative or competitor to the other) has moviez as well as gamez with the latest moviez probably being more widely shared even faster on P2P [Think of bootleg movie DVDs that are sold on the streets] than the latest gamez [When was the last time you saw a bootleg game DVD? IMHO, they're scarce compared to bootleg movie DVDs.] (Sometimes before they even hit the theaters while they're still in the movie studios' servers prior to being securely transmitted to the theaters over the 'Net [An inside leak?]~! There has been a long standing problem with JDownloader 2's plugin for MegaUp.Net which causes that plugin to remain broken since 2021. The source of that problem is with MegaUp's admins who had long ago, changed the relative paths to the actual files stored on their servers and who refuse to cooperate with the JDownloader 2 devs by not sharing the information, essentially blocking the application [That's understandable as the MegaUp admins want people to visit their site instead and click on the third party ads which MegaUp serves] - I know all of this since I have been using [freeware] JDownloader 2 for more than ten years (See the entire thread in the JDownloader 2 forum here).
In cases where the only available file hoster is MegaUp.Net and you don't want to use a cracked version of [commercial software] IDM, another alternative download manager besides [freeware] XDM (See here) mentioned earlier by Craxton which you can try, is [freeware] "DownThemAll!" (See here), a browser extension. DownThemAll! supports Firefox, Chrome and Edge (It should also support other Chromium based browsers besides Chrome and Edge. For example, in 2019, the dev had also announced support for Opera since version v4.0.10 of DownThemAll! which is currently in version v4.4. - See here).

I'm trying to download this game. When using igggames, sometimes it needs to be unzipped and installed, and sometimes it can be run right away, but I don't have enough space, so I want to run it without installing. Does this vary depending on the game?
"RUNE" releases games as per the "Scene Rulez" which dictate that an .iso [Virtual disc image] file, with a game installer inside of the .iso file, must be included within each game release that is subsequently packaged into a possibly spanned [multi-part] WinRAR archive, by any Scene group. So, yes, you would first need to extract into a storage medium like a hard drive and mount the extracted .iso file using a virtual disc mounting utility like [freeware] "Daemon Tools Lite", run the game's installer and then "apply" (Copy over into the installed game's folder, overwriting any files when asked by Windows) the crack file(s) that defeat the DRM protecting this game in order to make this game playable.
You would need to either free up sufficient freespace on your hard drive or alternatively, extract the .iso file into a USB 3.2 thumb drive (Use a large enough sized thumb drive like a 128GB or 256GB one) to hold the extracted .iso file and to hold the [to be] installed game's files [on the hard drive] (Note: If you don't have a USB 3.2 thumb drive then you could also use a USB 3.1 or at the least a USB 3.0 - Slower than USB 3.0 like a USB 2.0 would not be practical. See here).

Around 50GB would take me about 1 hour and 15 minutes to finish downloading via JDownloader 2. Like the others, my connection isn't that great either, compared to your new one!

this is the first time ive actually used internet (at my home) to download games at these speeds and was shocked at how great it really was. have yet to fire up DUNE, or star citizen (yes, buggy messes) but great games imo. on tmobile they were laggy every 10/20 minutes that made it sometimes unplayable imo. so here's to hoping this lasts and windstream dont get "pissy" bc im a pirate (tmobile never did) as id hit 1.5/2TB of usage a month in downloads and never heard a peep other than ping being increased bc of it...
You might be experiencing great download speeds now but I hope for your sake that there aren't too many people in your neighborhood who are going to join Windstream as time passes because as more and more people in your area join and start to share the internet traffic in your area, the greater will be the likelihood that you'll be experiencing a slow down in download speeds in the future. After all, it's all a shared, fixed amount of bandwidth within your designated neighborhood. And yes, some cable companies have been known to mail out form letters asking or even warning their customers not to exceed a certain amount of bandwidth usage within any month.
as for "customer service" i have a guy directly at windstream (personal number) that i talk to. hes also a tech to though but he's one of the techs that did the setup for the infrastructure in my area. my neighbors all got the 300mbs fiber plan and they actually get exactly that too..
the only "hidden" fee's so far that ive spotted are the garbage bullshit for "secure internet" and "monitoring/blocking" things where they charge 20 bucks a month after 3 months. which i already have taken off. bc my router does all that and then some. while their nokia beacon 6 is nice... the features inside are all "paywalled" from what i can tell (unlocked atm) but the second that "disconnect" comes through for canceling the security nonsense they have hits.. then most of it will stop. either way though, 5 people is all that will ever be on the drop in front of my house which sets in the middle of a field around a football field away. (since the field is for cattle and hay) trees and shit are around me. so nowhere for anyone else to move. plus we own most the surrounding land anyhow. or at least my family does as it was purchased when i was like 9 years old or so.

I'm lucky if I get my full 10MB/sec [100mbps] unthrottled from a good file hoster (eg. - GoogleDrive, FastUpload.io) in order to download 5.0GB in ~ 7minutes, so ~ 50GB would take me with my fiber optic, cable connection ~70minutes or 1hr 10min, unthrottled (I have the "Triple Play" package [Cable, Internet and VOIP phone] from my cable provider which is also my ISP)~!
For me, the best file hoster currently used on this site, GoFile, lightly throttles the DL speed down to ~2.8GB/sec while 1Ficher and MegUp.Net each throttles it down to ~2.6GB/sec and ~2.5GB/sec respectively, followed last by Mega.Nz at ~2.3GB/sec. Bowfile and ClickNUpload are "Backup or last resort" links for me, throttled moderately at 1.0MB/sec. The remaining file hosters like Rapidgator and Send.cm are practically unusable for me, heavily throttled at 30KB/sec and 15KB/sec respectively and for some reason, I can never initiate any downloads from MixDrop which is not supported by JDownloader 2 - I even tried using DownThemAll! and Firefox's default, internal download manager but MixDrop still won't "cough up" any files (Unlike UptoBox from long ago, MixDrop isn't currently banning any IP addresses in the US - The only thing that I can think of is that my ISP is blocking MixDrop but that shouldn't be as my ISP has no such policy against any file hosters)!
I usually try to download four files concurrently in JDownloader 2 in order to try to get the maximum possible throughput of 10MB/sec from my connection.

these are two separate images (one taken at the start of this convo) and the other just now as soon as i sent the first one. cable isnt available out here for some reason and nothing else exists. most people round here cant even get tmobile internet to be honest. i got lucky by saying "i have a business" and that got my internet with them for a bit. but it was "out" every other week and most usually 50mbs was its top speed most the day. with ping/latency being way to high to watch/stream movies at a solid time.
ill also add letting this run at "max" speed also seems to slow my pc down (just a bit) during downloads. i guess my 5800x is putting in work pushing all those files onto my nvme drives... it was "laggy" opening up my image folder which has never happened. I've read before (I think that I told you in one of our DM/PMs) that the cable companies only want to service highly populated, urban areas (eg. - The US East Coast and West Coast) in order to maximize profits. They usually don't want to branch out into the Midwest or the Deep South because those are remote areas (Low population areas) which would offer a minimum amount of customers for their service and the cost to lay down optical fiber in those areas would not be worth a cable company's time and effort (They may only "break even" at best or lose money at worse). In the modern ATX standard motherboard, there usually are four empty RAM slots [2 memory banks], so you can have at least 4GB, 8GB, 12GB, ... up to 32GB (4 x @8GB for each DRAM stick) of RAM in total (There is no configuration of "10GB of RAM" which is supported by any modern motherboard, since the modern ones no longer support 1 or 2 GB [DRAM] sticks of memory (See here or the below screenshot). Thus, the closest you can have in order to meet the required 10GB of memory actually required by this game is 12GB (8GB of RAM for the game and an additional 2GB allocated for the integrated graphics = 10GB RAM required). Also, when you have 8GB (2x @4GB or 1x @8GB) installed in your computer, you really only have 6GB available for the game and 2GB [2048KB] of "Shared memory" at most to allocate for use by your "Intel Graphics 530" integrated graphics that is built-into the motherboard of your computer (Note: The "6GB" of RAM raw figure is ignoring the fact that there is memory that Windows and any other applications that you may be simultaneously running on your machine like an AntiVirus [AV] would be using. Yes, in order to successfully run this game, you need 2GB of VRAM at minimum whether it comes from the "Shared memory" which you allocate from the available 8GB [Again, this is a raw figure. The actual figure would be more towards 12GB - In other words, you would need to physically install one additional 4GB stick of DRAM into your machine to increase the available amount of memory] to the "Intel Graphics 530" integrated graphics that's built onboard the motherboard of your computer or purchase a discrete (separate) graphics card that has at least 2GB of VRAM (Check on eBay for a used graphics card). With the second option, you would still probably need to add one additional stick of 4GB DRAM since the other applications running on your machine like your [AV] would still use some of the 8GB that is already installed on your computer's motherboard.

I also checked SrrDB and found that this DinoBytes release of version v1.0.87.0 on 04/11/2024 is the latest available release of this game (See here).
In addition, I checked the GOG store but this game is still on the GOG "Dreamlist", so it's unknown whether this title will be released on GOG, DRM-free, anytime soon with the possible, future fix included (See here). You could visit that GOG page and add your vote for this game's release. Like the old saying goes, "Every vote counts". Perhaps GOG will learn of this problem [IMHO, most likely they will] and insist that Eidos address this bug before GOG and Eidos come to some arrangement for this game's release on GOG (The GOG Preservation Program strives to be thorough for game archival purposes - See here). You never know. Like another old saying goes, "Good things are worth the wait."
Thus unfortunately, you'll have to wait for the dev to address this problem, release the fix possibly to be included within some future, official Steam update and subsequently wait for someone to crack and release that possible future, official Steam update afterwards into the Scene or P2P (Peer to Peer) or hope that the fixed game will be released on GOG in the possible future.

Try installing all that Silvexx had suggested and then try running the game again to see whether the problem persists. As he has already attested, this game works fine, so there must be something with the configuration of your machine that is preventing this game from successfully launching.
If the problem still persists then one other option is to either try to install and run this game on another computer or to set up a Windows 7 virtual machine [VM] on your computer, install and then try to run this game within the Windows 7 VM (Has a full screen mode) to see whether it runs on your computer. You can try downloading and installing a Virtual Machine [VM] like freeware "Virtualbox" (Download here), install Windows 7 inside a virtual drive [A file on your machine] mounted in the VM, copy all of the parts of the spanned [multi-part] WinRAR archive for the game into the mounted virtual drive and then extract (You'll also need to install WinRAR in the virtual drive beforehand) the game inside the virtual drive to see if the game runs under Windows 7 which it should without any of the problems you encountered (See here for instructions on how to mount a virtual drive - There's also a screenshot that shows a "Create new disk" button which you'll need to click once for creating an empty virtual drive before you install Windows 7 (Note: If you don't have an old Windows 7 installation CD then you can legally download a genuine Windows 7 iso (See the article here that has direct download links for the .iso) but you'll still need a genuine Windows 7 CD key - "Google is your friend", if you don't have a Windows 7 CD key or you can try using the good ole', famous "DAZ Loader" KMS [Key Management System] utility which basically fools the MS DRM into thinking that the Windows installation copy is genuine (It uses a generated, OEM CD key). "GetIntoPC" (See here) doesn't have it so, I found a site that has the last known, latest "DAZ Loader" version v2.2.2 for download (See here). If you don't feel comfortable using that site then you can try to find another site that has the "DAZ Loader" for download). Also, see here for instructions on how to transfer files between a VirtualBox VM's virtual drive and a host [Your real] computer's hard drive))!
I don't know your level of expertise with using VMs but if you follow the instructions in everything to which I've linked, you should easily be able to set up a Windows 7 VM on your Windows 8, 8.1, 10 or 11(?) machine and run this game in all of its original glory inside the Windows 7 VM in fullscreen (See here on how to set VirtualBox to fullscreen mode), since this old game was built for a minimum of Windows 7. There would be no need to use Windows 7 Compatibility mode or try any available(?) unorthodox workarounds to try to get this game to work without the error(s) that you've encountered under your main computer's installation of Windows.

What this error message means (Technically speaking): Judging from the syntax of the error message as a former OOP programmer (Though not a JavaScript one), this game's code is having a problem reconciling the datatype of the greenworksCore object's "on" object - A call for a function was expected by one part of the code as a paramter to another function but instead, an object [datatype, specifically the "on" object] was passed as a parameter by another part of the code (The part with the "greenworksCore" object - See here for more details).
I searched this game's Steam Discussions pages for any Steam user reports about a "TypeError" but found none (See here). I then broadened the search for any reports of any error but also found none (See here).
I then searched Reddit for any Reddit user reports about a "TypeError" but found none (See here). I also performed a general search on the 'Net using the same criteria but could not find any relevant results (See here).
I can see in the comments part of this game's page that no members have posted any comments, thus it is difficult to tell whether the problem is isolated to just the configuration of your machine or for everybody's machine.
It is likely that this pre-cracked P2P game release is "nuked".
I will inform IGG-Games.com [Admin] about this situation and ask him to please investigate further and also if found to be "nuked", to please try to locate and acquire a working copy of this game.

From what I could find on the 'Net suggested in common at three different sites as possible fixes for this error code -11 (Sources are on Reddit, Google and Geek Vibes Nation), try adjusting your Windows power plan and the number of cores devoted to the task of installing this game - See Reddit user "RevolutionaryMeat397"'s post in the linked Reddit page, the second point in the linked Google page and "Fix 4:" in the linked "Geek Vibes Nation" page for details on how to proceed. That solution is what all three pages unanimously recommend as a possible fix.
Also try increasing the size of your Windows virtual memory as both Google and "Geek Vibes Nation" both recommend (See the first point in the linked Google page and "Fix 6:" in the linked "Geek Vibes Nation" page for details on how to proceed.
Once you're done making the adjustments, reboot your machine and then try to install the game again!
Note:
I copied and pasted the results as returned from the Google AI server in my location. The results that you may see returned from the Google AI server in your location may be different even though you may click and follow the Google link that I've provided. That's a problem with the current Google AI technology - The databases for all of its various servers at different locations around the World are not centralized within a giant WAN, so the returned "results may vary". If your results are dramatically different from what I see then just go by the above screenshot instead.

"Skidrow" is the name of an established Warez Scene release group. To paraphrase what a wise man once said, "The method used to crack games is similar to those [that] used to create malware." which explains why your AntiVirus [AV] application incorrectly detects the cracked game files as having a virus. The phenomenon is known as detecting a "False Positive" (BTW - In case you're wondering, the "wise man" whom I wrote about is also the same one who often replies "We will have that game here tomorrow." in the Game Request section).
Unlike an actual virus or other kind of malware, a crack that is used to make a game playable is not harmful to your computer.
From that point forward, it all comes down to a matter of trust. If you trust that the crack is safe for you to use on your computer without harming it then proceed to use it to play the given game. Otherwise, delete the file(s) for the crack and/or pre-cracked game and then either buy the retail version of the game or wait, for some unknown amount of time in the future, for someone or some group to hopefully crack and release the game onto P2P (Peer to Peer) (Note: The latter, future scenario also does not guarantee that your AV will not detect another "False Positive". Only the former, future scenario would ensure it but at a monetary cost).

In the RUNE installer, you need to navigate to the virtual drive which has the mounted .iso file where the "autorun.inf" file is located (See the right pane in Windows Explorer in the left part of your first screenshot). Afterwards, select the "setup-1.bin" file and then click on the "OK" button in order to proceed.

I have a problem while trying to patch Tales Of Arise to its latest version. After choosing the game directory and patching, the line "The program has detected that this update is not available for your game version." appeared. I assume that I have missed some update in between since I have not return to it for around a year. Is there a way to search for older updates so I can patch the latest version?

before removing the version you have now (assuming it works) just download the new version, install/update (after installing) and check and see if the save data loads in. if it does, remove your old version just by using the un-installer. this shouldn remove any save data unless the un-installer asks "do you wish to remove ALL data" hit NO if it does indeed ask that question.

The installation starts but stop running shortly after. Can you tell me if it does the same for you or were you able to complete the installation?
I downloaded the WinRAR archive for this game and ran the game's installer - This release is the GOG version.
I set the compatibility mode of this game's installer to Windows XP (Service Pack 3) and ran the installer as an administrator and was able to successfully install this game (See the below screenshots).
At first, the installer appeared to hang after "installing" (Copying actually) about only 134MB on my hard drive (See the third screenshot) but after about five minutes of unpacking the 134MB worth of copied files on my hard drive, it continued processing until it successfully installed the game~! I'm guessing that the 134MB worth of copied files were very highly compressed which would explain why it took the amount of time required to unpack [extract] them into a temporary directory [folder] for further processing, creating the illusion that the installer hanged. Like the old saying goes, "Patience is a virtue."
Try setting the compatibility mode of this game's installer to Windows XP (Service Pack 3) and running the installer as an administrator (See the first screenshot).

I download the cracked updates not from Steam Then I copy the files from the Update folder into the game’s main directory, replacing the existing files.,

Do you mean you attempted to update the game via Steam? If so, the retail [Steam] version of game updates will not work with cracked games like those listed on this site. Only cracked game updates will work with cracked games as even game updates can be protected with DRM. As a result of what you have already witnessed first hand, you would need to use cracked updates for the "Spider-Man 2" game to which you are referring in order to update that game.

The only game out of the three games that have "Spider-Man 2" in their titles which has separate, cracked updates available, is here.
According to the torrent page for that game (See here), that game is a P2P (Peer to Peer) release by an unknown/unspecified P2P cracker or P2P group.
Cracked P2P games are meant to be played independent of the Steam Client application (Steam is not required to play such games). It is advisable to not add a cracked game into the Steam Client application as the Steam system can detect whether you are running a pirated [cracked] game. The only possible exception is if you add the cracked game as a non-Steam game as the Steam system does not monitor non-Steam games (See here) and thus will not inhibit the game's operation.

The two versions are both copies of the same spanned [Multi-part], if applicable, WinRAR archive. Also, some torrent version games might not have a corresponding Direct Download version [game page], as per IGG-Games.com [Admin]'s discretion. In some rare cases, a Direct Download version [game page] might exist that does not have a correlating torrent version [torrent page], as per IGG-Games.com [Admin]'s discretion.
Thus, [Direct Download] game updates will work for torrent downloads of games.
