im no newb when it comes to bullet hell its the whole screen just all tinted red so the bullets aren't really even visible (Edit: ok it was just the second boss for some reason)

Mobus (the 4th boss) doesn't appear in the second phase,
i am sure i have seen this before or maybe its another similar game i guess
