The game is ... well ... what it is. A Souls game imitation (the word "souls-like" would be generous) with a few H.P. Lovecraft quotes scattered thoughout the game.
The developer however is a genuine dude and this is his first solo attempt at making a game.
He has a YT channel with a few recordings on how to make videogames.
I hope he makes it big with better games in the future.
