This actually CAPTURES, that late 90's FIRST Twisted Metal style. The synthetic butt rock/post Sega Genesis era. Its a little wonky, its a little ugly, but it captures that feel! It seems more like a 1cd 699-1gig size game. But I guess things are just bigger on newer engines. And as you can see in teh screen shots, it has new effects like water that you couldn't do back then. It actually has draw distance, something that just wasn't possible back then.
