I liked the game, but due to the style it can become a little repetitive due to the game time, centuries are very similar, but you can still have fun, the soundtrack is excellent as always, I played it at the beginning, go check it out and let me know that like subscribe!!
It's funny that there is a time-limited DLC which represents a "real Vtuber" currently active, the content isn't even a complete model, no voice either, it's just some flat face plates for Nep and others to put on their face... coming from one of the most successful Vtuber in Japan, I find this DLC rubbish.
it doesn't matter if isn't legal, he will have no problem by playing this pirated game and FBI isn't gonna show up or anything hahaha, you can always save a few bucks with this, but I guess that's not a problem in your case (still to be fair, who doesn't love free stuff anyway )
I found out yesterday on Steam you cant buy DLC without owning the Game on Steam which is bullshit and Depot Downloader isnt working for me its tells me this content isnt available on my account i tried to get free Content and it still tells me the same thing ewe
"bullshit"? lol. they distributed it through Steam, so of course you have to buy the game on Steam to also get the DLC. are you new to this? pirates have to wait until the crackers published the cracked DLC. if otherwise, then game developers would have bankrupted a decade ago. if you can have a pirated game but with legit DLC, now that's bullshit
i'm just telling you to do some research before diving into anything, it shouldn't hurt to do it. not to mention that what i mentioned is logical in any aspect or form of commercials.

Does This game come with all DLC and what does the dlc Folder look like, and funny noone is asking for the DLC which is strange unless the game already has all DLC ,but i dont see a DLC folder in the files
if there's no "+DLC" anywhere in the page, then there's no DLC included. no one have to ask because it's obvious, the DLC must haven't been cracked yet for cracked game..

The only half decent Neptunia spin-off game to ever come out is IF's spin off. It stayed true to the main series's gameplay with improved dungeon exploration. Too bad they butchered the combat with that fewer time bullshit and added an annoying gimmick (Time eater). For main games, Rebirth 3 is the best of them all. VII looks cool and all, with a more engaging storyline, but I personally disliked how it dumbed down combat by removing the break gauge and break attacks. And removing Million Arthur DLC from store instead of renewing her license really showed how little devs respected customers.
i've enjoyed all the "rebirth" games quite enough, especially rebirth 3 with it's massive amount of characters, like 40 or something, it's prob the largest gameplay wise, and my favorite one still. ViiR (or V2 which is just the previous ver.) was good enough, but feels like they just forgot about a bunch of characters. the whole series is just cute anime waifu consoles with casual RPG gameplay, so nothing wrong if it's not your thing. super neptunia RPG was pretty trash could possibly be the worst game, nonsense platforming in 2d, and boring music, and gameplay was just spam ONE persons magic and win, magic was stupidly OP, stupidly small cast of characters, it all looks and feels very lazy like a flash game

rebirth games made em all good enough for me, i recall being annoyed at MK2 cause of the stupid amounts of lag ridiculously choppy gameplay, and that stupid share system (like 20 different %s to bring up and down). everything past V2 has been shit so far though. neptunia RPG failed on every possibly way, graphics, sound, music put me to sleep literally, played like a cheap flash fangame and horribly balanced, COMPA singlehandley killed everything for me across the whole game, i'm 100% on that nobody else ever had to make a MOVE just magic spam till win.
in my opinion it would be best to wait for more updates. playing it now you will or will not regret it later lol. too many negative feedbacks on steam. in my case, no worries I can come back later. I still have Fire emblem three houses. AC Valhalla, Immortal fenix, atelier ryza 2. still have some animes to watch. waiting for updates for better version is no prob to me.

agreed it got worse over time. but the time eater you mean sega hard girls game? that wasn't even annoying like okay time went back but my quests were still complete and didn't lose any equipment or levels, pretty sure the time ran out 20 times for me i saw no negative impact aside from me hitting skip scene a lot.
