This is a more spacy version of Insurgency Sandstorm. Insurgency Sandstorm is basically allied soldiers vs middle eastern terrorrists. I just checked last time i updated this game was back in october of 2019! Way over due for an update! Thanks IGG-GAMES!!!
actually one of my wishlist games on steam its pretty fun , good ai as well the placement system and walking inside the HQ is little bit rough around the edges but its worth it its fun as hell to play :D another game that would be like this is natural selection 2 , Warshift and another game i forgot the name
If you like this game I recommend buying it now because it is MP focus. If you'll wait 4-6 months to buy this game it might be dead by that time, or just try it for the single player. Call to arms is a similar game as well but with meh graphics and but it is MP focused as well.
Based on the reviews and showcases I've encountered, it may actually be worth giving a try. Although most praise for it is directed to its multiplayer side. The game tries a very cool concept; a hybrid between the FPS and RTS genres. And on paper you'd think it has a great chance at a well-designed single player campaign. But judging by the feedback, apparently the devs are putting their focus on the multiplayer.
I honestly believe you are not at fault here. In my experience, when an RTS game looks 'too smart' it usually means it's not very intuitive or they haven't implemented a good-enough tutorial for it. You are not alone.

RTS's are too smart for me.
