I tried to install the tenants v0.53 come to find out the bin file is damaged and is no good! I'll stick with the v0.52 for now until this gets looked at and fixed.
I Tried with two different service to be sure it really was not a bug, but... the *.bin file is corrupted, so impossible to install it. Please reupload ^^
If they actually do replace all the placeholders then I might actually buy the game, imo it's way too early in development to be worth purchasing but if they actually put good work into it I'll have no issue buying it, the problem is so many devs say they'll do something to please people and then not do it at all once they have enough sales.
Appreciate the update! Yesterday I tried to download it and nearly all the links were down, I got it downloaded from GoFile after an entire hour (at 200kb/s lol) and then the game didn't even work, now that it has a proper installer and isn't just a standalone version that shouldn't happen anymore. Just launched the game flawlessly after the install, I'm glad it uses the GoG installer cause that's the only one I trust besides the Codex installer. Keep up the awesome work!
is the game have save bug? I tried to open it again after several hours of playing but got this message instead," Found a problem loading one of the save files!" and lost all my hours of gameplay.
Played the first hour and so far it's a dumb down of Sims where you play the landlord. I say dumb down because the construction menu and assets are not that nice for a 2021 game and from a developer who hit millions of copies sold with their previous game house flipper. If the Tenants life evolve, then I might try this game again.
the funny thing is this game is published by the same people that made house flipper. The game is still in early stages wait until the 1.0 release it will be much better and bug free hopefully.
When an ad creates a popup to automatically start downloading a random sketchy file, that's when I say fuck it and block. Sorry, I'd like for you guys to get some revenue for your work, but I am not going to willingly install malware on my computer for it. It's kind of ridiculous.
If you have decent anti-malware/antivirus then this shouldn't be an issue. Understand the frustration, but if you are protected properly, you can still have ads activated so IGG get what they deserve, but you can feel safe and secure on your end.
yes i understand perfectly and was it for me would have done a lot of things differently but things didnt turn that way and this is just a hobby more than anything else
