I think you should go to the folder "Overcooked All You Can Eat\Overcooked All You Can Eat_Data\Plugins\x86_64" and clic on "steam.emu.ini" file, you should change language from "English" to "Korean" :)
As far as I know, K+M (well, I don't think you use the mouse much while playing) should still work perfectly well. If you plan on using one keyboard for playing with someone else, make sure it's one that allows you to press more than 3-4 keys at the same time though.
those reviews are ridiculous just because they cannot play with their controllers ¬_¬ its like some says the x game sucks because they dont understand the language

more stupid is giving a negative review JUST because it doesnt have controller support BUT you can play fine with K + M on a PC game a real negative review would be that theres no controller support and playing with K + M are terrible and i dont see people mentions about the last one but i see that they are also giving negative reviews with something else besides the controllers support and they have a fair point
If a game says it supports controller but it doesn't or it has issues, that's a valid reason for a negative review. Just because you're comfortable gaming with keyboard + mouse doesn't mean other people have to be. I've probably played over 100 PC games and I've never used keyboard & mouse and I don't want to start
