i found a loophole : when the asteroïd with the engineer come up in your list go there, scout the area but don't save the engineer and take the 400 water 40 food and every 2-3 journey maybe 4 if you are unlucky u can go again take that good good shit
Finally after many annoying rng finally finish the game. Its actually kinda short just need 44 days to complete it. to avoid that morale drop i even have 4 park and 3 hospital and even with that my morale still can drop more than half. Thanks to series of unfortunate events in last 3 days.
