They sometimes change quests, events, even characters, and sometimes even the main character. So I bought my copy from Manga Gamer. It's called Succubus Farm still and is completely unedited. I am happy with it. I would say there is a lot of gameplay. You sneak, run and hide. If you fuck up, you get sent back to the last save point, so you have to be good and get the pattern down. I also like the lab and the dragon lady.

It's from Kagura, but this one actually looks like it might be worth a damn. It doesn't seem to be generic RPG Maker stuff, even if it uses the engine. Same can be said for Alternate DiMansion Diary, the only 9ther good Kagura game there is so far. And yep, I actually decided to buy this one.
Trust me there are a lot of worse rpg maker doujin games out there, on dlsite, the ones kagura pick to translate are usually the higher effort ones. Then again it's all subjective what game is shit for you or a gold mine for others.
