It's definitely NOT complete yet. Read the February 23, 2021 article in Adventure Gamers where it says "... While the full version of Space Rescue: Code Pink isn't due to be completed for up to two years on Windows, Mac and Android devices, a preliminary PC version of the game is available now through Steam Early Access. ..." (See article -> https://adventuregamers.com/news/view/space-rescue-code-pink-gets-premature-launch-on-early-access). You can't find a complete version because it hasn't been released yet. That's why it's labeled "Early Access" in Steam. 😐

Well the art and story are already looking better than Huniepop 2. Speaking as somebody who loved Huniepop 1, the sequel felt really impersonal and low effort outside of the core gameplay.
Personally very disappointed by the design choices. Like moment I saw the trailer for Huniepop 2 I was like ehhh. Not big fan of most of the girls. No idea how the actual game is yet, haven't tried it.
I'm right there with you, and like I said I really did love Huniepop 1. From my experience the characters designs seem to be a step back in quality, despite most likely being the same artist. The plot is more light goofy fantasy, but far more focused on the end goal of stopping these elder goddesses of cooming that you aren't even supposed to care about. Dating is pretty much entirely gone, and the "threesome" theme feels more like a "hook these chicks up and watch them have sex" theme. Somebody on the boards once said it felt like you were just matchmaking lesbians, and I'm inclined to agree. It's really why it feels so impersonal compared to the first. The flow of HP1 was date, talk, learn, buy gifts, get to know each girl, get increasingly lewd text messages until you're seeing everything. With this it's matchmake by playing the game, wait till the girls are horny, play the game again, instant porn. No build up, barely any setup. As you said, disappointing.
