please help i keep getting this error (operation did not complete successfully because it contains a virus or unwanted software windows)
how can i fix it
i even turned off my antivirus and windows security

Uhh admin i think you should fix the file. I downloaded it and tested it on my phone to see whats wrong and it says Decompression error: file corrupted Or incorrect password

it says windows cannot access the specified device. this is my third time downloading it again and this appears everytime. HELPPPP
